I don't think they took it because michael randomly decided to sing only half of his song, because he sounded great in the first part. They weren't expected to be making a movie out of the recording, so they probably had not so great quality of the audio in some parts of the song

Man this remix is awesome! Michael was only rehearsing also. He sounded so pure and clear in the ending hook. He sounded amazing. I can't put it into words. This has to be one of the best recordings I have ever heard of Michael Jackson. Until I watched Earth song This is it I thought I had seen the last of Michael Jackson's surprises. Man! Michael is The Man! Michael was just getting started. I really loved the first version of Eath song in the 90's but this one just blew the roof of the arena.

Its a rehearsal ... so yea, lol, MJ repeated himself, but it wasn't meant to be repeated ... I honestly believed he was getting a feel of what he wanted to express and such, which resulted in repeating himself a few times. His mind was constantly racing with ideas he had. ^_^
