its really annoying that people keep saying "constitutional rights" because the constitution is only stating a tiny portion of our rights-which were not granted by the constitution-but, by our creator.
and we need to remember that WE THE PEOPLE have 100% of the power. we only grant government/government agents "privileges" whereas we have rights... they DO NOT grant us privileges.
Peaceful, calm, relaxing? That's no fun. If a LEO wants to be rude to me I try to out do his rudeness. I gave up trying to be nice when I figured out I was going to be cited for everything they could think of anyway. I also always answer a question with another question, it keeps the dialog going but allows you to direct it. If they act polite, professional, and don't ask questions that are none of their business I am just as polite but I don't let them get away with being invasive and rude.
