you should not have to wear a hat if you do not want to. after all, the managers do not wear hats. what makes them soo special? does it mean that when you become a manager your hair does not fall out or get dirty? maybe it is ok for them to not wear gloves either.after all some managers think they are perfect.

I'm guessing the only reason the managers don't wear hats is to project an image for them as a manager. Although I've known a few managers that would wear a hat when performing primarily associate type duties. Also had a bmm who I never saw without a hat even once.
