He is currently ranked 51st in the league in plus minus where as Corey Perry is ranked 240th. Also Datsyuk consistently post more points per season than Perry meaning his offensive and defensive sides to his game are equally productive. So as far as loading up a team goes Datsyuk brings much more to the table other than 100+ PIMS a year and a mediocre offensive output
