Poems are one of the best ways to let your emotions out and I know, that there not easy to write. I write poems all the time about my dad. He died when I was three, but your poems are so much better then mine. I love them,

I really know what you mean! Poetry has no rules, so there is nothing to stop you getting that painful lump out of your heart that's so annoying and persistent. I have read your poem about your dad and found it touching and beautiful, there is no reason why my poems are any different or better than yours - we have different feelings and no-one can criticise the way we express them in my opinion. Have faith in yourself, my friend :)

All my poems are based on things my friends or myself have been through. I know what it is like to lose someone close, but I haven't ever lost a lover to death.
