Very good vid on this. Even though its 11 mins long, unlike other "instructional" vids of this kind, all the info/questions answered are useful. And I hope you're not a "mumm" or mom, as you look like you just entered college ... not that there's anything wrong with that
About hull removal with alfalfa sprouts. When I sprout alfalfa the leaves don't appear to have grown enough to give the hulls a chance of coming off. When I try to pull them off they the whole leaf will come off. This is the only sprout I have this trouble with. I usually let my sprouts grow for 5 days. I let the alfalfa grow an extra day and it did not do much good. Any advice would be welcome. Some have said let the sprouts soak 24 hours. I will try that next. Thanks
Hi,
Yes you can sprout most regular store bought lentil seeds. I am currently sprouting some I bought from a local middle-eastern grocery store.
Wishing you all the best in your health pursuits, thanks for subscribing to my channel, I appreciate.

Can you sprout regular grocery store lentils, or must you buy specially treated lentils from a health food store?

Thank you for making it simple and for the great points.
I tried growing wheatgrass sprouts and though they weren't very big after 5 days, they sure were sweet.
