my stereo keeps shutting off not sure why

Well either way this indicates a short inside the unit. It might be fixable but I'm not sure if its worth it.

@Mondoman9630 ya i haven't taken it apart yet might do it Tuesday just to find out what it is,it worked fine for a couple of years

so the screen goes black but the music keeps playing?

@Mondoman9630 ya doesnt do it all the time every now and again it will just shut off completely then turn back on it will do it for a few times
