would never waste my time with a chinese bike, youve done a good job, but no matter how good, its chinese rubbish at the end of the day, POLINI, GRC, BZM, and real racing, not up and down the road, is the way forward, and youd be better off getting a real race tuner to look at it and tell you what to do, rather than taking random shots in the dark, well done either way, im not knocking you, if it was a GRC/POLINI i would be saying wow

no it dont make fuck all difference it will still only do between 30 - 40 mph waste of time go out and buy a stage 3 race engine but beware you need the right chassis or the engine will rip apart mounts that bike will go like a rocket why waste the money on buying shit that make no difference for the record i own 2 and i go out with my m8s and there mini motos lots of fun

id just bought a new b1 water cooled mini moto of ebay and ill have vid up of me tuning with a 19mm carb putting on it carbon fiber reed going onit and big bore kit and sparying it :) i bought my mini for £87.00w itch is good

That's not a project? You just changed the K&N Airfilter which your meant to when you service it. Your also meant to clean the Carb in Petrol. Also the Exhaust is stock with most new Mini Moto's now. ;)

In all fairness the mini moto looks nice but I wouldn't call getting an airfilter and exaust from a cheap retailer (probably eBay) tuning! It's not going to effect the top speed unless you do some real turning like giving it a bigger carb and jetting it correctly - Then the exhaust along with the new carb would give it a power boost...

@waderz15 u should add a NGK sparkplug, Boost bottle and a automatyic racing clutch, what would also help is the mini moto half thickness tyres they cost around £20 each but the r worth it over all with the right selected tuning the bike will be just as good as an origami blata which can produce anything up to 70mhp!

want a fast minimioto? join 2 engines at the crank then upgrade them with ported pistons and barrels, x2 19mm carbs, carbon reeds, suzuki RM80 exhaust, ngk plugs then u got a bike that will try and throw you off the back at 60mph trust me :)

you could try taking the carb off and cleaning the jets, coz the slightest bit of muck stops ure bike from throttlin and cuts out.

the carb is cleaner than a whistle! but i just dismantled the fuel tap and found the rubber seal in bits.. i'm hope that its the problem.. i'll replace it tomorrow.. thanks for the advice anyway

Got it from ebay, it was good at first but the baffle inside was just the same as an mp37 exhaust which you can get for under a tenner on ebay, it sounds quieter than an mp37 and smoother but it does the same thing in terms of performance.

yeah , most people hu are jst startin normally cum down in trackies nd a jacket but wen they start to get better on their bike then they need sum leathers for the sliders but if u dunt ride wiv em to start its hard to change nd ride wiv em on. if u have bike boots then mite not be best to use them cos they restrict ur movemnt wen u ride . most people use ancle boots but sum decent trainers will do it aswell. av u got msn cos its better 2 talk ova there

yeah best thing to do is locktight everything , vibration loosens every single bolt lol. nd yeah it gets expensive. my bike cost me just short of 2 grand. nd spares on top of that .

Well you can change the nuts and bolts to make the thing lighter, also you can take the front fairing off and replace it with a headlamp fairing, and if your ever buying new parts buy 1ns that improve the performance like the air filter i bought.
