If you have Firefox 2 just go directly to the address below and follow my tutorial from that point on. It will be the same.

That is actually a good question. In the article on ClearTechInfo(dot)com I mention the purpose of Firefox 3 Extensions...
Firefox extensions are add-on modules (most are free) which enhance or give additional functionality to Firefox.
