I. Am. The Master, oops, no, The Watcher. XD Haha, it was great, you can see where some of the inspiration came from. XD Was it intended that,'Richard Rich' looked like the Eleventh Doctor in The Eleventh Hour?

@MultiWill94 Haha my character the watcher was indeed inspired by that of the Master and alot of others :P

Tom (Richard Rich) on the other hand DIDN'T bring in his costume so I stripped him of his school blazer and he just wore his shirt and tie. He looked more like he'd been out at work or something worse XD He wasn't supposed to look like the Eleventh Doctor, but if he had I would have torn his clothes up a bit and then asked him to shout GERONIMOO XD

@Dalekdom Towards the end of series 18, particularly in Logopolis (Tom Baker's last story), then The Doctor was visited several times by a being known as The Watcher, and was warned of his impending demise - hence why The Doctor states when he is dying "It's the end...but the moment has been prepared for." It turns out The Watcher was a being somewhere between the 4th and 5th Doctors - a kind of "interim" during the regeneration that was obviously taken out of time to help prepare himself.

@zeldaLvr Haha thnks, no the topic throughout the course was all about CCTV and whether surveillance CCTV is good or bad. This idea essentially personifies the idea of CCTV into one person aka the Watcher. and the story basically toys with the idea that CCTV is good since it helps catch this bloke richard. Hey i didn't write the script but i made up the story :D
