i've never seen someone more shocked than Ian skelley is at 0.56. I remember seeing this performance it was around the time when sampler pedals had just arrived for the guitar. Nobody famous was using them and the people that bought them used it to layer guitar parts. Then son of dave came along and changed all that. I remember the person i was with going "how is he makin all those sounds" we all had that shocked look on our faces.

Son of Dave is amazing. However, reading through the comments I notice that a fair few people have taken a shot at the band behind him, The Coral. Calling them 'slack-jawed little kids' and posting other negative remarks about them is just ridiculous. The Coral are a brilliant band. Their music is really eclectic. How many bands combine Ska and Eastern European folk music and do it really well? Go and listen to their first album before assuming they are some shitty predictable indie band.
