I saw you have plates and other tableware, is there any concern that the crazing of the glass is enough to make small shards come off? I did a few tests a while ago and found under a low magnification that any glass I tried, (marbles, bottles, stained and frit) released glass chunks big enough to be caught in a 100 mesh sieve.
Do you fire to Cone 5 or 6 when melting the glass?
