The demos of this guy are mostly all f***ed up.

A 12 strings guitar through the "mincer" of some distrorsion/overdrive stomp box for a demo !

No better way to know how a guitar naturally sounds, and 12 string guitars ( as everybody knows ) are well known for "shredding" types of metal solos ( really ? ).

Hard to beat price. I had a Ric 360-12 and the neck was too narrow. I'm wondering what it measures at the nut? Very pretty sound on clean. I myself would never dream of stomping on the fuzz button while playing that Guitar, but that's me. Actually going to get one (once i'm sure of the nut width) along with a Janglebox.

@dualtone56 I am thinking the Boca has a thicker neck. One of the reasons I didn't like my Ric was because of the neck too. But by the way, Roger McGuinn has made fuzzy, distorted solos with the 12 string before, and no one complained then. ;-)

each guitar has a unique sound under each unique effect.

a distorted 12 string has a certain sound thats appealing to some people. It certainly isn;t a classic 12-string sound, but its a somewhat appealing sound, none the less.

Don't agree. Sounds cool on distortion as well as clean. There's no law saying a 12 string HAS to be used clean at all times.
