There are some performances live on TOTP. Kelly Clarkson's performances on TOTP are always live. Pussycat dolls too. But yeah , a lot of artist aren't singing live on TOTP.

This is not live. I love this song, and love her. It is one of my favorite songs and I have heard it enough to know this is not live. I once saw her perform this live and she sounded good, but not as good as on the album...like most artists. I mean, it's hard to emulate perfect studio vocals that are enhanced by technology. All artists do it, even Christina, Alicia Keys, Celine, Mariah. They all sound better in the recordings because the vocals are produced to perfection.
