  • And this drivel about these Hypocrites raising $500,000 for child abuse? Not one BLOODY CENT of this money raised will go to any of the actual victims of Penn State child abuse/cover up, this is a FACT! The only result of this pittance raised is for Penn State people to feel less guilty for supporting the fired Joe Paterno who covered up child rape, which enabled of a sadistic child rapist to continue these heinous crimes since 2002! It is OUTRAGEOUS to think that Penn State is wonderful!

  • @Rda131Brian ur a fucking douchebag

  • PhillyPsu is clearly one of those "Penn State brainwashed, brain dead zombie"!

  • @mikeb2big I agree with you completely on the part about disbanding the football team, and tearing down Beaver Stadium. I also think that they should build an extremist Islamic Mosque where Beaver Stadium now stands, that way at least a more decent group of people could go there to do their worshiping of their perceived God. Yep, that's right, Jihadist Sympathizers are preferred over slimy, brainwashed, brain dead Penn State students.

  • Listen to these SANCTIMONIOUS ASSHOLES who claim that this was a "vigil for the alleged victims", this was actually a RAH RAH FOOTBALL RALLY, as evidenced in this video. Any one who claims otherwise because they say that they were there is clearly a Penn State brainwashed, brain dead zombie.

  • @Rda131Brian You are nothing more than a media spoon fed, ignorant bigot. Do a little bit more research than watching espn, cnn or checking out a youtube video before formulating such a degenerate opinion.

  • @PhillyPsu trolololol

  • @Rda131Brian Did you attend the vigil? Did you watch it live or see anything more than this video (which happened to be the after the Vigil was over)? Clearly, you know little to nothing and anyone who really saw this knows that it was for the victims and for you to claim otherwise is ignorant and disrespectful.

  • @Rda131Brian real mature asshole. go find something else to do than make fun of students who weren't even 13 when the rapes happened.

  • @BawstinBrewin Yes, these students were not present to witness the child rapes, but these thousands of students were certainly there to riot in showing support for the man responsible for the cover up of those child rapes. (singsong) JOE PA-TER-NO clap-clap clap-clap-clap Nothing a student body as a whole could do to be more disgusting and disturbing is to show such rabid support for the Pedophile enabler, Joe Paterno.

  • @Rda131Brian i'm pretty sure at any major american university, the students would support a coach with his importance with the same cheers. its life. the human race is quite obviously flawed. As a fan of penn state i respected the BOT's decision to fire paterno and spanier, but obviously being in a place with 100,000 people in support of one man, people arent going to change their mind. if all the students were at home with their families, they would see the firings positively, as you and i do.

  • @BawstinBrewin Anyone with any moral compass can not condone the absurdly partisan viewpoint of Penn State's student body. To say that Penn State students would think differently if they "were at home with their families" is to admit that the Penn State Campus is an infectious cesspool of deviant thought, to this, I agree with you completely!

  • @Rda131Brian You're pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. You weren't there, you'd never know. You make me sick, you sad sad person. Penn State students and alumni have raised nearly $500,000 for victims of child abuse since this occurred, what have you done? Posted some stuff on youtube videos? Get a life, creep.

  • "MAY NO ACT OF OURS BRING SHAME", ok, rioting AND then urinating into people's garbage cans, what a class act here! Before ANY Penn State students can think that they can shine illumination onto ANYONE, look in the mirror. These days, Penn State has shown the world that "Happy Valley" is a cruel and disgusting place. Clearly, Penn State is an institution that is need of institutionalization. I wish these Hypocrites the best of luck in resolving their issues. Just "Clearing things up"

  • PLEASE DONT HATE US, were trying to deal with something so big we all dont understrand. What we do understand is SHAME ON SANDUSKY AND THE ONES WHO HAVE FAILE US!!! THIS MAKES ME SICK I am born andraised here and our town is in shock! I was there for this vigil and I stood proud for a min. i cried alot! Please pray for us to help the VICTIMS NOT PSU THE VICTIMS!!!!!!!!!! FROM ALL CRIMES ON CHILDREN!! Thank you!!

  • @meankittyPSU <-------I feel sorry for anybody who gets a Criminal Justice degree from Penn State because of the fact the University is blind to crimes it would show the degree is totally worthless. Same with a philosophy and ethics degree. I would transfer quick. Plus, all the jobs are going now, even engineering jobs. to China, Russia, and India. Boeing designed most of their newest planes in Moscow and Samsung designs all their electronics in Moscow at a huge lab. College is a scam.

  • Penn State is nothing more than a disgrace and not just the coverup is shameful, but the way the students/buffoons rioted in defense of child molesters. The world saw those videos and we all laugh at those students knowing they are supposedly attending an "established" institution. People are better off getting an Online education without all that distraction. Nobody should ever hire a Penn State Loser. You are better off being street smart with just a GED than having a Penn State Diploma.

  • @TeslaTechnologyRocks sounds like you went to PITT

  • they aren't mourning any damn victims. They're mourning being the butt of Pedo jokes until the end of time like the Catholic Church. They're mourning the loss of the pedo-enabler Paterno. BE REAL FOR ONCE!!!!

  • @mikhail2689 ---not sure where you heard that students were told to wear white at the football game.....preeeeeeetty sure we all wore blue.

  • PLEASE watch my videos of the night....it made me proud for that moment. Now iam back to trying to understand this mess, Im afraid to ask what is next? We all need to put our seat belts on its gonna be an awful ride!! Iam born and raised here and Iam SICK SICK SHAME ON EVERYONE thats involved SHAME ON YOU!!

  • EVERY SINGLE STUDENT who attended the Joe Pa Riot should be expelled, ALL 4,000 of those ignorant ASSHOLES! The University needs to look at all of these videos on YouTube, and check out all of these comments, looking for students who claim to have been at the Joe Pa Riot, and then storm the dorms with the Riot Police, and arrest every last one of them. No one who was at this fiasco is innocent because ALL OF YOU were egging each other on, and cheering the destruction.

  • @Rda131Brian Actually, you have no clue what you're talking about. I watched the riot from the steps of the Honors College and not everyone was egging each other on at all. If you would actually do some research and look at other videos, you can see that some of the kids in the crowd that were interviewed agreed with Paterno being fired and felt ashamed at what some of their fellow students were doing (very few students btw: there are 46,000 here and only about 100 were actually doing damage)

  • i do have rage against the rioters, who, if caught, should be ---ed, and never allowed to have authority in any workplace. but that's just me. all of the others, this scandal was not your fault, but knowing how the real world is, your reputation, just by attending penn state and the way those stupid rioters acted, may hurt your chances of getting respect after graduation. if i were you, i would do some soul searching and think of a way to truly give back and make progress against rape culture

  • A moment of silence? A decade of silence is why you are in this mess.

  • They raised $22,000 to support child abuse victims? Gosh! That's almost fifty cents per student!

  • @vance7274 actually so far they've raised over $340,000 dollars so far to support the effort. $22,000 was what was raised at just the game alone. Instead of hating on the students for trying to make this right, why don't you contribute too and help the cause?

  • @vance7274 They have also raised over 78 million for pediatric cancer. Care to do the math on that on for me?

  • Even a candle light vigil for child abuse sounds like a night of drinking at Penn State.

  • We are PERV State, we are PERV State! Morons!

  • @123toshib You are a delusional prick if you really feel that way. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

  • THON is nothing more than a smoke screen for all of the hypocrisy that is Penn State. How about these sick bastards here? This "Vigil" was in fact a rally against the negative perception of Penn State from people outside of "Happy Valley". At Penn State it's all about perception, and that same fear about the negative perception of others is why Joe Paterno and others at Penn State decided that it was better to cover up child rape rather than turn the Pedophile in to the police.

  • "WE ARE RAPE STATE! WE ARE RAPE STATE!

  • @Rda131Brian where r u from

  • OMG you idiots, this is about the victims of Sandusky, read the description and my cousin was there. DUMBASSES

  • Looks more like a hitler rally than a vigil.

  • Why are you not holding the candlelight vigil for the victims of rape?

  • @mikhail2689 what do you think this is?

  • @djspanky1505 A candlelight vigil for coach paterno is what it seems. They are yelling "WE ARE PENN STATE" rather than saying "PENN STATE SUPPORTS THE VICTIMS AND IS THERE FOR THEM" this all seems to revolve around their little football team rather than the victims

  • @mikhail2689 I WAS AT THE FUCKING VIGIL AND IT WAS FOR THE KIDS. Goddamit! I'm so fucking pissed at you tools who are trying to be so negative about every single thing the community does to support to victims. Why don't you go and support instead of sitting on your lazy ass complaining.

  • @craftbrosify Calm down dude. Lets us be adults about this. Why is it that in this video all I here is "WE ARE PENN STATE"? If it was about the victims why are you guys not in front of their houses holding up candles and signs saying "WE ARE WITH YOU" and looking for the prosecution and Jail time for the asshole who did this?

I know the media will only report on Joe, but it seems you students are making it about your school, yourselves and Joe or else why did you riot last week?

  • @djspanky1505 and also why were the students asked to wear white at the game in honor of joe paterno instead of the victims? you see this is more proof that its all about the school and the football team

  • @mikhail2689 just to clarify, the students were asked to wear blue at the game in honor of the victims and all victims of child abuse...and they did. they also raised over $22,000 to support child abuse victims at the game alone. get your facts straight.

  • @Mcflyvids What about the signs that were being destroyed by other students at the Penn State game that read "Think of the Victims?"

  • @mikhail2689 I was at the game, and quite frankly I have no idea what you're talking about. If anything, the mood was somber and respectful. If saying a prayer, raising money for the victims, and constantly paying tribute to the cause during the game is your idea of destroying signs, then clearly your sources are misconstrued

  • 4 people listen to the Media

  • Maybe they will think twice about being a zealot for football. Their beloved school is build partially on the pain and suffer of some pool child.

  • @wq7278 "some poor child" try children.

  • I'm appalled by the number of ignorant people who blame the students of Penn State for what is going on, or say that THON is the only good thing to come out of Penn State. THON is great, as well has the tens of thousands of workers added yearly to the American workforce thanks to Penn State. And by the way, @guarddog22, the "We Are... Penn State" chant is to show pride in the fact that we are a part of an organization larger than us. I pray that someday you will be able to experience the same.

  • @RyanMic7 this was a rally for the children, not against. also it was a way for the Penn state students and the school apart from its football staff to show that they care not just about themselves, they care for the victims of a terrible crime that befell those children. this was an amazing act of selflessness that is showing support for justice, and certainly not in support of child abuse.

  • @RyanMic7 This comment makes you look like an idiot. If you think this candlelight vigil was for anything other than the victims of what happened, you need to be taken out back and shot.

  • I have to agree. All the flack Penn State students got for rioting in support of Paterno without thinking about the victims was well deserved. It does seem like the students are now just doing damage control. Seems more about their school's reputation then giving a shit about the abused victims

  • @stephanielefler Please learn how to spell when you use caps or that expensive education just looks like it got flushed down the toilet. And second...there's an awful lot of OURs in your statement. Make no mistake, the Nation is going to put alot of their anger and disgust not only on those at fault, but also on your students. Not right, not fair, but a good dose of preparation for your post graduate endeavors.

  • @stephanielefler The THON, for pediatric cancer, IS a good thing. A great thing, actually. Probably the only good thing that comes out of Penn State University (but stop chanting "WE ARE...!" It's weird. Nonsensical. Just because you go to a certain school, a business you have to pay tuition to, means you're like.....all of the same species or something?? It's a weird conceit over nothing). But the THON is a wonderful thing, yes.

  • @stephanielefler

A Penn State student telling me to "educate myself" is like a Priest telling me I need to use protection. No thanks.

  • hah PSU kids are so civilized... isnt that sweet

  • @falcondriver100

Yea, hundreds of thousands of people from random locations on this earth come here to go to school and we trick them with pro-pedo orientaion material as well as subliminally scattered throughout all of our courses. That makes almost as much sense accusing an entire town of covering up for a rapist that we knew about the same fucking day you found out you nigger loving faggot. - Best Wishes (babyrape) Happy Valley!. GOOOO STATE!

  • Isn't this the same student body that rioted just a few days ago when Coach Paterno got fired. Now that they realize the nation thinks they're a University of Fucking Crazies they're really just doing damage control. Yes I'm lumping them all together...b/c guess what...in a few years when you apply for a job and you have Penn State on your resume that's what any possible employer would do. Either get ready for it or transfer schools. University of Hyprocrites!

  • @TheSplendidMinx In a school of 40,000 students, about 3,000 rioted and 10,000 came for that vigil. You're being an jerk and a fool.

  • @lastdragon55 The FACT that 3,000 rioted proves that a sizeable amount of pedo state cretins are immoral trash just like that evil self-serving Paterno. Since YOU like to play a numbers game, shove that up your ass clown.

  • @lastdragon55 uhhhh...didn't I ispecifically say I'm lumping you all together. Ofcourse I'm being a jerk, but not a fool. I know some of you haven't partaken of the JoePa punch, but my point was...and get ready for it...THAT is how you are now seen, and more to my point, THAT is how you will be seen in the future when you're applying for a job and Penn State is on your resume. It's called a stigma. How sad....how hilariously sad.

  • @lastdragon55

What do you think of Mike McQueary telling Joe Paterno he saw Jerry Sandusky "fondling and doing something of a SEXUAL NATURE" to a little boy and Joe Paterno not immediately calling the police?

Do you believe Joe Paterno should have called the police?

  • @angryamerican what do you think of McQueary seeing it and walking away, oh yeah he's a hero... (incase you dont catch it thats sarcasm)

  • @dorio530

I think Mike McQueary is a despicable weasel. He should have put a towel around that naked boy, ran out with him, and called State College police

Instead McQueary goes home and calls his Daddy Then he goes to bed The next day he tells Paterno

And all this time Sandusky KNEW McQueary had witnessed what he did to that little boy. That little boy was in grave danger! To Sandusky he had become "evidence".

To this day NO ONE knows what happened to the little boy!

    McQueary is scum.

  • @TheSplendidMinx This candlelight vigil was planned several days before Joe Paterno was ever fired. I don't doubt that some people who rioted felt bad about it and went to this vigil because they felt bad. But know your facts. Think about how 1/44 of Penn State students rioted and 1/4 went to this amazing vigil, before you hate on Penn State. This is not about damage control. This is about supporting the victims and showing who WE really ARE.

  • @Ronny6692Wilson Again, I intentionally lumped all you together. Logically ofcourse not all of you feel that way. I'm just trying to help you out. Giving you some practice in what will be the greatest and longest lesson of your life. That it isn't fair, and no one really gives a fuck if you weren't personally the one tipping over a news van in JoePa's honor. You will be stigmatized. And if my comments on youtube get under your skin...then you'd better take a growth hormone.

  • @TheSplendidMinx All else I'm going to say on this matter, is that if any medical school or employer lumps me, a student who stands for the children through the candlelight vigil and THON, together with the few students who recklessly rioted is a medical school or employer I want nothing to do with.

  • @Ronny6692Wilson "All else I'm going to say on this matter" (Damn man, transfer schools, become an English major, something...just learn how to write) LOL....love how you lay that out first like your taking the last stance. With regards to any future possible employers... you finally got my point. You dont want anything to do with them, and they won't want anything to do with you. Enjoy the unemployment line.

  • @TheSplendidMinx First of all, that is grammatically correct. However, "like your taking the last stance" is not. Learn to use the correct "you're." Second, I think you're missing the point that the only part of this that has to do with the students is the riot (unfortunately) and the vigil. There have been numerous riots at Penn State in the past, and according to the Wall Street Journal, Penn State is the top university for corporate recruitment. Come back to me in a few years when WEstillARE.

  • @Ronny6692Wilson Looking for details to call me on...now you're getting it! I'll hide another grammatical error if you cut me a check. You all love that phrase...every cult has gotta have it's chant....I won't deny you that. LOL...you don't have to justify your school to me, I'm just bored and looking to get a rise out of an easy mark. You have played your position to the fullest, and I thank you. It's been fun.

  • @TheSplendidMinx actually the vigil was planned before joepa was fired. nice try though.

  • @jp81193 Keep suck ing down that punch....hopefully it will take affect and kill all you mindless followers. That's just as believable as your precious JoePa not knowing what they hell was going on right under his nose. If he was that oblivious he didn't need to be couching football. Jerry Sandusky one JoePa two National Championships with his defensive coaching, so he turned a blind eye. That's what happens when you put football above human life. People start plowing 10 yr old asses.

  • @TheSplendidMinx i still don't see a point being made... i actually couldn't really care about our football program, i came to penn state because its a great university, and i know several people who have been abused in my life. to say i don't care just proves how ignorant you are. i'm so mindless, got me. grow up, stop mentioning paterno's name. take your own advice and start caring about the victims. that was the point of the vigil.

  • @jp81193 "Stop mentioning Paterno's name." LOL didn't know you had the rights to that. Let me just make myself clear, I hope this gives Joe Paterno a heart attack and when he dies Satan is their to meet and greet him personally. Sandusky should be strung up to a tree, sprayed with gasoline and set on fire. McCreary should just save himself a lifetime of looking over his shoulder and pop open a vein. Then they should burn that locker room to the ground.

  • "Alleged victims"? LOL!! And Herman Cain is 'GUILTY as charged' by you scumbags! There is only ONE reason these pedophile supporters did this & its b/c the entire Country is disgusted by their support of the pedophiles & the riots. This generation of College kids makes me puke! The kids who go into the military make you look like sewer rats!

  • @falcondriver100

Was this a serious statement? Move along, you're not going to find the argument you're looking for here.

  • @falcondriver100 we dont support sandusky what so ever, you're dumb as shit

  • @Egungon No but you support the lowlife scumbags who COVERED for him!! He's JUST AS GUILTY as the scumbag who raped the children you asshole!

  • @Egungon You support vermin Paterno and that makes you suck shit. The same vermin who was told the boy was being ass fucked slammed against a wall and then tried to cover his ass by minimizing it down to fondling cause Sandusky was a pal. Go ride Paterno's crusty old dick cause ya know ya wanna!
