  • I think you just put the reproducer upon the record with no needle at all, and the light sound being picked up is from the thumbscrew, and that is how it is even tracking.

  • you need to change the needle after every play of a record otherwise it will destroy the record and give a terrible sound

  • What on earth is the matter? Sounds like you're playing it with the wrong end of the needle, or not using a proper steel needle at all. Sound should be loud and clear. You'll certainly ruin records by continuing like this. Please rectify and upload another video.

  • Either you have very bad sound on your camera or your playing the record with a dull needle.

  • There was an ad on the back of a record cover for this player and that was from 1928 so this is probably from the 20's

  • You have to change the needle everytime after one playing! Otherwise you'll ruin the record!
