  • A contractor can get certified for as little as $225.00 here in Oklahoma. All contractors/remodelers etc had over a year to get this done.

    Also, the law didn't require homeowners to have the testing done - just the licensed people doing the work. Mr. Inhofe's comments are incorrect.
