I think back and look at different experiences and wonder now....

How does that person feel about their conduct or do they have any feelings at all.

I can not relate to the destruction of another person for any reason.

That video is 100% true. The effect of workplace bullying does exist. The aftermath of all bullying is felt by the victims is devastating! It's same thing in anyplace whether it's work or school, once you bully that person, you torture that person for life. If any of the bosses are reading this, and think that this is okay, it's not! You hinder and destroy production, you damage a employees credibility, and you damage their trust in you! Trust me, I know.
