"Sry folks,' but this is what I call a real scary movie with an ending of true horror. Pretty depressing from front to back. Great portrayal by John Lynch nonetheless & of course dear Helen M., so young! /~_~\\
great movie! ....sigh. whole situation is sad. For me, I think the British should do like they did in Hong Kong, and set a date maybe 25yrs ahead and draw out. That gives everybody plenty of time to reconcile whether they are going to want to stay , or not. And time for the Brit and Irish govs/militaries and police to handle the transfer as peacefully as possible
What else is the music in?

At the end I just miss some reaction from her
She's too quiet
I admit this should be the end
but now he was her love,
he loved him despites SHE KNEW he was from IRA,
he could imagine why they burnt his home
She's not moving while the cups beat and drag Cal
Not a tear, not a shout.
Nooo

She should have run after the cups
and catch them before they touch Cal.
That way, (happily) both they would go on the police van
But she doesn't move, as if she was on the side
of the cups, TOO SAD, that make us hate her
This is a terrible finish message:
justice has been done :(

This is the point the whole movie goes to hell what a shame!
It still works because of the chemistry between John and Helen but that's it.
