I don't blame him, but posters are faulting a Christian preacher for preaching about Jesus. Because this was an "interfaith" service, does that mean that he should lay aside his beliefs so as not to offend anyone? People have a freedom of religion, not from religion. By blasting a preacher for preaching Jesus, posters have become worse than the mosque prostesters. HYPOCRITES!

This preacher prays, "...but, father, if there's a reason you don't have, you don't want it, then I ask that you create some kind of disturbance there where it's not dug...." And coincidentally on August 28, 2010 there was a fire. Perhaps the FBI needs to be investigating this group of individuals. I do find it encouraging, though, that only 16 people showed up to this.

In case it's not clear, I completely support the building of this Islamic Center because I support the US Constitution.

My plan in the future is to actually build a place where different religions can come learn about different beliefs together and learn to appreciate all humans for their certain beliefs, as long as they are safe, and humane. I know someone would probably respond to me saying "Terrorists this Muslim that blah blah blah." But just let all peaceful religions share their faith together with no war, and just peace. Impossible? Yeah..probably.

I think that your plan is amazing and I will pray that you are eventually successful in accomplishing it. It's just the kind of place that I wish my daughter could go to. I believe that the Creator will lead her to the path that she is meant to follow. My job is simply to love and accept her unconditionally.

I read that Greg Gutfeld plans to open a bar for gay muslim men next to the Ground Zero mosque. Now this will really be a celebration of diversity and tolerance. I think this is a wonderful idea and all those in favor of the mega-mosque should be just as enthusiastic.

Not only were people of other religions besides Christianity not invited, but I can tell you having been there that they would not have had an opportunity to speak / participate. This was a fire a brimstone sermon and a prayer to Jesus. Period.

It was a failed publicity stunt on the part of Kevin Fisher and certain opponents of the mosque to seem like they are inclusive. The real fact remains, beneath all of the conspiracy theory and rationalization is a notion of religious superiority.

First off, I would like to say that I was there for this sermon, and you can clearly see me sitting on the bench in this video. This was NOT an interfaith sermon. Eric was right. It didn't have to do with the people that showed up, it has to do with the content of the sermon. When the entire sermon is based around jesus christ, and constantly inferring that the muslims are the "opposition", that is not interfaith.
