Armik is one of my favourit artists. His performance is so perfect.

Armik's "Persian" roots serve him well. Most of the world's greatest guitarist tend to incorporate influences from cultures beyond their own. An example of that is Marty Friedman, ex-guitarist (?) for Megadeth. He incorporates middle eastern styles into several of Megadeth's albums, with the best example being on the Rust In Peace album, on the Track "Holy Wars / The Punishment Is Due". Alex Skolnick, Steve Vai, the list goes on and on.

His music is so relaxing and washes the dirt and weariness of a busy day!

Am trying to learn some of this guitar playing...and fascinates me, every time I listen to it.

Armik is Armenian ,born in Iran..... he became someone after visiting Spain...if he had have stayed in Iran he most probably would have been dead by now.He is as much Iranian as I am Egyptian,having been born there and not accepted as such by the locals,because my grand parents came from Europe. But thank God things turned out this way because i now live in a wonderful FREE country, which i will defend with my life!!!!!!
