Anyone know which ending the movie is getting? 'good' ending or the 'true' ending like the anime or main arc of the game. Not going to say more so I don't spoil it for those that haven't played the original visual novel or watched the anime.

I just noticed Shirou battling archer in unlimited blade works which as far as I can recall did not happen in the visual novel, a foretelling something will go wrong, but you should not judge a book by it's cover or trailer.

That would be "Hrunting". It's not an "arrow", but is a sword like Caladbolg 2. It was shown in the Hollow Ataraxia visual novel, but is also a special used by Archer in Fate Unlimited Codes(a fighting game featuring most of the characters in Fate Hollow Ataraxia and Fate Stay Night).

Archer activates his Unlimited Blade works, but the CG images in the background don't show it. He does such in order to not only bring the blades he needs, but also stop Saber from joining the fight with the threat that he'll trace Excalibur.

Shirou begins to activate his own as the fight goes on, saying the chant during the battle while it begins to shift towards his own. Though it doesn't fully activate till he fights Gilgamesh.

The scene where Archer and Emiya fight isn't at the church, but at Ilya's temple once it's left destroyed and abandoned. Emiya fighting to gain Rin back after she was "kidnapped" by Archer. End of the game, remember? (not meaning to sound sarcastic with that)

Actually, Emiya does fight him in Unlimited blade works, though it is only the start of it.

The world they are fighting in is an "incomplete" area, one warped between himself and Archer.

Well if i remeber right. In the VN when they were fighting Emyia started to chant the first part of the spell for UBW. They might be doing something with that or it's just for the trailer
