  • Dear god!!$1750.00???Yikes.If you gave me that place for 1 penny,i still wouldn't live there!! I absolutely abhor the city life.It's a craphole of a life.I rent a 3 bdrm. townhome w/pool for 675.00 per month.Peace of mind,peaceful lving,great community,and excellent schools are way more important to me then a few extra 100 dollars in my pocket every month,btw,Uncle Sam will just eat up in taxes.Ny you say?? PHFT,you can keep it.I'll stay here in the country and live a grand happy life.

  • The same size studio in DFW, TX area would run you about $150-250 per month. Cost of living in New York is absolutly stupid!
