I hate the US version of High and Dry. It's so cheesy. The UK one, it's shot in black and white and Thom looks really cool in it, that's the proper video.

i bought 7 television commercials dvd for £9 a few years back, radiohead are my ultimate favorite band, i've got basically everything they've got but i was quite disappointed that there was no extras or anything.

I'm guessing you mean No Surprises. Originally, they had recorded the instruments at a faster tempo, so Thom slowed it all down without re-recording them which made it drop in pitch. I wondered the same thing when I first played that song.

Just a case of finding a high quality copy of it, and resizing to suit, usually torrent sites like Mininova are good for finding them.

This video was not 1280x720 (YouTube's HD requirement), so I resized and resampled it to meet that requirement.

I use Super to convert DVD format to avi, then Virtualdub to piece it together, give it a few passes with DivX's multipass codec, then voila, it's ready to upload.
