oh Judy, thank you so much for sharing your brilliance!!! (now, how many rows does each one of those stripes have on that cute little cap?) You really do help us so much!
I did it! Haha! Need of jogless traveling stripes came up in a scarf pattern I wanted, but I'd never heard of them before. Thank you so much for this video! I'm really looking forward to catching up on your channel.
Glad you like the video. There's another way to do it too, on another video, Jogless Stripes Method 2. Hope you've found my channel and that you'll watch lots more. Look for me on facebook too.
Hope it's ok to ask you about a different stitch. My mom got a pattern for a shrug and it says to do the 'broken rib' pattern. She has never heard of this, I was wondering of you could help me tell her how this stitch is done?
do you really have to have all this political advertising on your videos? I just want to learn about knitting and the love of the craft, NOT be raped by negative political adds. It's just offensive. Pick something else more plesant to make us watch if you HAVE to advertise.
I'm so sorry. I have no control over the ads that go on my videos. I have the ads to help generate revenue which helps support my web-site and the making and producing of the videos. I have no way of picking what's on them and hope you'll stick with me and keep watching and learning.
Man oh man I wish I would have known how to do this before I knitted up a 7 foot scarf in the round with stripes! Oh well, I'll know better next time, right? Thank you for posting this, Judy!
Would you mind giving us your Ravelry name? I looked all over your site and Facebook, but cannot find it. Hope you don't mind! I'd love to look at your stash of softball cotton.
Also, thank you very much for all your guidance, wisdom and willingness to share with everyone.

knittingtipsbyjudy 10 months ago
how did you make the marker?
mimipookie1 11 months ago
@mimipookie1
The marker was a piece of yarn. You can use anything for a marker.
Delightbunnie 11 months ago
@mimipookie1
use yarn of another color. just tie it over the needle and slip it off onto the other needle every time you come to it.
