I think gamingpalooza makes a pretty good point. They are targeting male and females of every age with this ad, but the games they want them to play are violent first person shooters. I enjoyed the ad because i already have a 360 and i'm a 21 year old dude.

You won't find the full version of the song because it doesn't exist, the ad was produced by Neoadvertising in NewYork, the song was specifically created for this commercial. It might have been performed by the African Children's Choir as Bill and Melinda Gates are strong supporters of the group.
