No she is not part Caucasian. You are probably thinking of Phi Nhung. In case you are not aware, the person singing with her in this video is her father. And given the war, it is unlikely that her mother is Caucasian. Probability would favor the opposite. However, she is, to the best of my knowledge, Vietnamese, that is, just Asian.
