Used to drive that road all the time up to Scranton when my sister was going to school up there. Love that road especially after late at night when u can go for miles not seeing vehicles.
My folks and I oftentimes used this road driving between Buffalo and NYC. On the 380 Northbound side, I'd say about the 4:31 mark, we'd often see this sign by a farmer in the midst of that parcel of land off to the right: "My American Dream... Has Become A RUSSIAN NIGHTMARE!" I wonder how long that sign has been up there, or if it still stands there today.
yes it is still up. I drove there a couple of weeks ago and I think I saw it. I'll try to locate the spot and take a video since I'll be going by there next Friday.
at 1:27.. on the left is where you are mostly likely to find the kojak.. they always sit in there.. especially round 3 pm.. from all the army depo traffic.. that and the scale shack at 4:50... I drive a lowboy on that road almost everyday.. boring as hell..
I drive about 10 miles on this road to 81 upwards of 6x a day (school commuter). popo hang out, sometimes a couple times a week, around the 84 split and more than that maybe around the 81 split. But I see you have a v1 so you're covered. I bought mine almost 2 years ago and its tried and true, best purchase I ever made for my car hand down.
I have had my V1 a couple years and gave my wife my Escort. Last month I bought her a V1 as well. And yeah, best purchase ever. I believe them when they say don't feed the bears.
I've driven I-380 many times in PA going to visit my sister at Marywood University in Scranton. Usually this is a very easy and quick road to shoot up on. Espeically after late at night where literly no one is on the road.
those state troopers are no joke on that road

I do like 380 since it is almost always empty. Sometimes cops like to hang out but not all that often
