I just found ur videos today & I must say Thank u. I have been so ashamed at how I have let myself get out of control. I dont think I'm bold enough yet 2 make a video but I think I'm ready 2 start doing something 4 me. I currently weigh about 265lbs but I'm only 5'4... not a good look. I will take a picture of myself so i have a reference 4 when I do lose this hinderance. I will take your advise becuz obviously it is working & take it 1 day at a time. Congrats to Trini on losing all the weight. It takes an unusual motivation, and you have to make the choice for yourself, and follow through and change your life, and stay away from temptation! Needing to lose weight myself, that's easier said than done. Exercise is only successful when coupled with the calorie-reduced diet. I used to work out for 2 intense hours, 4 days a week, yet I could only lose until I finally changed my diet enough. You're on the right track. Keep up the good work!
