  • Great stuff, seems to be a good rx.I will try to send you info from my qrp stn on 10,106 Mghz.55/73 de DL3WL

  • wow ! nice receiver there. and your ugly construction looks very nice.

Doesn't the band seem full due to the lack of single signal reception(common in DC RX)?

  • You can't beat homebrewed equipment for pure fun and satisfaction. You get a whole lot more out of this hobby by building your own rather than buying it, in my opinion.

  • Very good! Bet it was a lot of fun.

  • Excellent job on the Manhattan construction RX! Your bench reminds me of my own. It's amazing how you can get such a usable receiver out of such a small parts count. Did you ever the the BPF attached?

  • NICE RX...

  • Great project! Looking forward to you next videos! vy 73 de DG1MJH (munichman1968)

  • Great and it sounds great? What kind of antenna is it connected to? 73!

  • Connected via a clip lead to a 40M "Z" Dipole in my attic. I am working on some improvements and hope to post again after a little testing. Thanks for checking it out! The circuit as you hear it here is a simple NE602/LM380N setup, it needs some selectivity improvements ( as do most direct conversion rigs ) 73
