any race can build them? so far i have only gootten the allies to build one. the commies and yuri dont have the selection for them, even though i have done all the super weapons for all three of them

clik your mod you like 2.1 or 2.5 after that there something will come out on your screen. if you see the mod button clik it and wait for a wile and have fun of your generals mod 2.1 or 2.5 enjoy

Lets just say that Eva has bad spelling LOL. It's supposed to be "Ion Cannon", and the only way I could make new sounds was to edit the existing voice samples, and mix them as needed.
