If your employee is messing up and begging for help on how to get better at the job, how about telling them what's wrong instead of just telling them to do it again?

My management professor made us watch this show...then write a paper about "management lessons learned from Dave Rife and how you would handle running White Castle to improve the employee experience." And all I could say to that was "What?! Seriously?!"

The employees seemed like they hated their jobs, but we never knew why from their perspectives, we only found out through supervisors or through his observations (from his own perspective). Workers have very little time for their families, yet CEOs' children have time with their parents. This show is absolutely from the corporate elite perspective, PERIOD.

There are many people at Ivy league colleges who argue against the hierarchical relationships between bosses and workers.
