I... I actually have to go with Stark on the whole basis of the Civil War. Like he says, you can't put an atom bomb under house arrest. You can't let a few people who had the luck to get powers hold the fate of the world in their hands.

That probably also plays into the fact though that Stark purposefully *made* his suit, he didn't have powers magically given to him whether he wanted or not. He can stop being a hero, most can't - but that doesn't make them less dangerous.

I agree with you 100 %... Because Civil War was the best saga EVER made in comics... And the beauty of that saga was that we couldn't say that Rogers or Stark were completly right about their ideas (but I was on Cap's side)... It would be very wrong from Marvel to fix all Stark's sins by telling that he's a Skrull. It would be ridiculous. He is still a great hero even after Civil War...

personal choice of villains is varied

IM=Pros: Keeps track of potential traitors gives them training to better equip them against threats

Peter was using the Iron-spider costume while he was on stark's side. When he joined Cap's team he decided not to use the Iron-spider costume anymore (it was a gift from Stark after all...) and decided to use his traditional costume (red & blue). When Civil War was over and since Peter was a fugitive from justice and things were very difficult (with aunt May shot) he decided to go dark with the black costume...

No. WWH was the sequel to Planet Hulk, a series in which Hulk is shipped off to another planet by the Illuminati because they felt he was too dangerous to ramian on Earth. CW had many spin off books and series'. The avengers initiative is one.
