on the front of the dutchman the "mouth" was made first after she became cursed, cuz u can see that it's kinda broken right there! and when she was "elegant" i don't think she was suppose to be made with a monster mouth on the front of the ship! :P

It depends on which version of the game your using. If you are sing from build13 onwards you can pick sails in the menu.

I think that the sails are available in the filmship mods. That's where I got them
