  • 6:02 nice porche

  • omg turn off your freaking blinker

  • Sick video man, what city is that?? Got a Ducati Monster 1000 S2R myself

  • Hey, friendly advice; if you can't remember to turn off your turn signals, don't use them at all.

    Cool bike and nice City!

  • 1:46 almost =/

  • if only i could drive what you drive, where you drive it, i would a happy man! i hope you are one beacause i see my dreams into a 7 minute video :(

  • @FoSbaKiaS thanks, mate. i do enjoy it and worked very hard to get it after 25+ years of wanting a Ducati! hope you get yours soon.

  • i really don't know why but this reminds me of Halflife 2

  • how did you eliminate the wind sound on the camara?

and is it scary to wheelie because of heavy acceleration?

  • @benny1boy8 it's the stock GoPro HD plastic case with the open back (which is actually supposed to be noisier. i was wearing the cam on a chest mount strap which i think helped shield the mic from some of the wind noise.

the wheelies aren't scary for me and are very controllable...just roll on and off the throttle smoothly and always have your rear brake covered just in case. :)

  • Great video & great bike!! I'm coming to Singapore in January 2012.....can't wait!!!!!;-)

  • @TheKanigou Thanks, man. Enjoy your trip.

  • dude put your mirrors on! safe for you!

  • @A7XBilly The mirrors are on. Hypermotards come with foldable bar end mirrors.

  • @Stuntman175 YEAP! now i see them! you are safe :D! keep riding!

  • Your indicators were on like the whole time haha

  • is the power adequate for a $12,000 bike?

  • @jackpizzo1 imho, not stock. my last bike was a japanese 4 cyl 1000cc so everything seems a little underpowered compared to that.

i'm running different cams, a de-cat midpipe, and a power commander which has helped put in 600cc territory.

  • muy buena moto.. pero el conductor para atras :S no sabe manejar o tiene miedo.. :S igula demasiado linda la moto :D

  • thanks for the ride buddy! :)

  • @schecterguitarsfan happy to oblige!

  • better make that 1:15 cant see much at the other time

  • Nice ride, nice bike. Forgive me if im wrong but did i see you run a red light at 1:17 or was it just red comming in from the other way?

  • @Antifaith29 no, i didn't..it's a three way intersection there...it was for traffic coming the other way.

  • @SooperKewl where have you bought all those freakin' clothes?!? i really want dem, but can't find them (at internet(for europe))?!

  • @hetisjechillerboyjwz they're all ducati dianese from the ducati apparel catalog. they're several years old at this point so i'm not sure if they're still being made in that design.

  • very good images, and bike!

  • @ancorasudigiri thanks!

  • @velezan0fortinero because it's fun.

  • @velezan0fortinero porque no es un imbécil como tú..

  • @luishomeroremohsiul

QUE ONDA LOCO, ANDAN TODO MUY PIJA POR AK... QE LES PASA. CUALKIERA BARDEA POR AK EH, ASIQ CERRA UN POQUITO EL CULO MAN!!

  • what is that thing on ur handle bar. the one that's on each side. looks like small plastic cup with cover.

  • @nepalihercules it's an automatic toll-paying device. the city has congestion charges based on different zones around town. when you cross under a gate it automatically deducts the toll from your cash card that sits in the box.

  • @SooperKewl no i mean the round plastic things with black caps. and isn't motorbike supposed to be free from congestion charge?

  • @nepalihercules those are the fluid reservoirs for the brake and clutch. congestion charges apply for motorcycles in Signapore too.

  • @nepalihercules brake fluid

  • @nepalihercules That's the brake fluid :)

  • Top speed? :) thanks

  • @ilpavoz88 the way i've got set up with current ECU and exhaust it's about or 130mph / 209kph. i've had the bike running wide open on many long rides for a long time. it's pretty scary...develops a slow weave at high speed that can be a little unnerving. :) no big deal though.

nobody will mistake this think for a Hayabusa...it's all about the point and shoot in city riding, which it's great at.

  • Yellow porsche at 6:02 =)

  • Fun bike!! Shut your blinker off!!

  • @SooperKewl Cheers to that! I ride a Rieju Marathon Pro 125 SM. I know what you mean. How much is the machine price?

  • Damn! The acceleration on that Ducati is terrifying. Beautiful beast machine.

  • @yuri63f6 that's what makes it fun. :)

  • Where did you attach your camera?

  • @Save90 I was using GoPro's chest mount.

  • I LOVE HYPERMOTARD

  • beautiful bike i want one incredibly bad

  • migacz palancie

  • @NastyBuilt im only 15 and therefore im not allowed to ride one of those for 4 years but hop on a dirtbike and ill kick your ass anyday

  • wow singapore looks nice :P

  • I actually feel better after watching this. Love the bike, your garage, and the local scenery. Thanks for sharing, mate.

  • Hahahahaha the guy on the scooter at 03:05 is so jealous, man I love the sound of that bike, id never get 1 though, I live in south africa and they charge over 20000$ for the hypermotard 1100 not even the 1100s

  • Holland village is a ghost village in the morning..haha.. Do you join the ducatis hanging out at changi village as well?

  • tenho uma!!

  • Holy shit those roads and drivers suck. your life's in major danger out there

  • Awesome! A world traveler my man! Thanks for replying. Do you still enjoy the bike? Any thing you dont care for about it? I am considering one aor a Monster 1100 possibly.

  • Beautiful bike man. Thanks for the little look inside your city. Its so cool to me how its alot like many american cities and we all pretty much the same. We want to be healthy, enjoy our lives, be proud of where we are from and those of us who are right--want to have a Ducati. Hey what car was that on your left at 6 mins 2 sec? A lilttle gold one pulling out of a side street. thanks Boss

  • @choobr549 Thanks, man. I'm American myself, actually. I've just lived in Singapore for a long time. I think the car is just a Porsche 993 (911) or could be a Cayman. Can't be sure as I'm going by too fast. :)

  • @SooperKewl how do you like living in Singapore?

  • @NastyBuilt hes probably not a bad rider it woudlnt be a good video if it was just him getting a ticket

  • @omfgwtfisthis26 no its the way he leans shifts and overal drives.. if you didnt notice it your in the same catagory sorry shouldnt have said anything then..

  • LOL the car almost hit you at 1:51. But sweet vid man.

  • like if you like the car at 3:46

  • Hey I'm in Singapore too and I have an 1100s but i changed the mirrors to the normal ones.

  • nice bike dude. how tall are u?do u have trouble gettin your feet to touch the floor? im getting interested in getting motards or scramblers but thought the height might be a issue. and im 175cm btw.

  • @crazylilmonkey I'm 1.88m so I don't really have trouble touching the ground. i think you'll be fine at your height too.

  • OMG I CANT WATCH THIS VIDEO BECAUSE YOU CANT TURN YOUR INDICATOR OFF!!!! FUUUUCCKKK

  • Horrible rider

  • @NastyBuilt how?

  • you seem to not like downshifting to slow down.. and bro pay attention to your blinker, that shit can get you in some trouble because people trust that youre gonna be turning! little crazy on the roads for me, but great video of an awesome bike!

  • Turn off your BLINKER!!!! Sweet bike

  • Beautiful Bike sounding beautiful in a beautiful city going beautifully fast

  • Those are beautiful streets. Really nice clean roads too. Thanks for the vid, it gives me a good idea of how that bike would ride.

  • which town is that? very nice roads

  • what camera did you use?

  • @GunBoTT GoProHD

  • Sorry mate but i think you need to try your test again

You keep on forgetting to turn your indicator off ,,People dont know where your going

Thats why your having people drive all over the place !!!!

  • man i hate irresponsible car drivers.

  • any suggestions on cool air breath jackets and pants . I also live in a very hot climate and havent as yet seen many jackets that arn,t black or have some black arms or something.

I know its hot as hell in singapore aswell. Best I,ve found so far is joe rocket jacket. Black anything you wear and you cook.

  • @binky4647 yeah, i know what you mean. in my opinion comfort vs. safety is always a trade off...there's no perfect solution. i have a nice pair of summer weight vented dainese riding pants with some reinforcement in the knee and shin areas that can be zipped out for a little more comfort.

jacket is also dainese summer weight nylon with light, removable elbow and shoulder reinforcement. i also bought the optional back protector for it as well which can be zipped out as well.

  • @binky4647 Look up Olympia gear. I have the Stealth, it's a 1 piece mesh suit, flows tons of air and still pretty sturdy. I can ride in temps over 100F in it (38C).

  • @binky4647 Thanks will do.

  • Its In Singapore!

    HELL YEAH!

Im Goona Buy My First Hypermotard When I Enter University

    <3

  • Lol, I would have taken at least 1,5x the time to ride the same route.. d^.^b

  • the red light at 2:15 ? Becareful man :D

  • what is it with people on youtube forgetting to turn their indicators off haha.sweet video though mate

  • Ha ha ha..Remember to turn off ur indicators bro..Otherwise sweet.

  • where is this video taken ?

  • All would be cool if you wouldn't have long lights on like a complete douchebag.

  • lucky

  • That is some great reckless driving, no point for that in city traffic

  • Like how fast were you like riding about and how fast was your fastest speed ?

  • thank you for turning ur blinker off lol

  • nice :))))) i´m dreaming every day about this machine ;-P :))))

  • which is better 1100 evo or evo sp......i work in de city and love travelling... n also like to modified the bike....so which one i should buy....

  • Comment removed

  • VERY G O O D))))

    KJIEBO

  • All of that bus drivers didn't see you? Or ignore you?

  • @Fabikus they're actually not even really looking.

  • @SooperKewl Yeah I know :(

  • @SooperKewl i hate bus drivers -.- 2 months ago i nerly got hit by one -.- they just drive...they aint locking at anything .... sry if there is bad grammar :D

  • hey quick ? man is that a gps on the left hand side of your bike if so what kind how did you get it mounted and how do you charge it

  • nice film nice bike nice place

  • Great video, this is the stuff most of us have to ride in and the traffic is a great way to compare and contrast speed, agility, and braking. I do hope the bike sounds more raucus in person.

  • @paterson31963 you should hear it now that i've got the DP de-cat pipe on it. it's not what you would call subtle. i'll post a video soon demonstrating what it sounds like now...

  • which city is it? :O

  • I think the road was trying to tell you something at 5:39 ;)

  • @iiibniii couldn't hear it over the motor. :)

  • Sweet vid dude! Like your 1100, got one my self ;-) Keep up with the fun!

  • Are you staying @ Riverplace Condo?

  • Are you incapable of turning off the blinker and the high beam??

  • @Sbence92 okay, for the thousandth time: the POV from the camera angle is deceiving, you cannot see the gauges on a hypermotard when you're riding...the only thing you see is the front wheel. this was also the first time i used the camera and it was distracting as hell, which i was getting used to.

the high beam stays on at all times when i ride during the day for increased safety. you can call it antisocial, but i'd rather annoy someone and be visible than not be seen and be road art.

  • @SooperKewl never thought of that, im going to use it now.

  • @SooperKewl The high beam doesn't increase safety simply because it's too bright and thus other drivers can't gage how far away you are from them and your approaching speed when looking into their mirrors !

    nice bike btw!

  • @Sbence92 you can't turn off the lights because it's an italian bike, and in italy all bikes during both day and night must have always lower beams turned on, so the production house made them always working. I don't know if it's the same for other countrys

  • @Sbence92 The blinker LOL. But, why would he turn off his high beam?

  • @Sbence92 You dont ride so shut the fuck up

  • guess he didn't like me taking the right of way. haha

  • @SooperKewl

    R u staying @ RiverPlace Condo?

  • why did that bus bee at you lol

  • can those mirrors be changed to conventional type ones?

  • @kopaszQ yeah, ducati makes a kit and there are also several aftermarket options

  • you know its a ducati when you hear it rippin down the road

  • @DJFitness919 amen! it's even gnarlier know that i fitted the DP catalytic eliminator pipe. it barks, sputters, and spits fire...i damn near gave a guy a heart attack the other day. anti-social but a lot of fun!

  • @SooperKewl j e a l o u s e e

  • how do you get pass the cars at a traffic light with those mirrors? is it easy or not?

    BTW awesome bike!!!

  • @kopaszQ one of the few things i don't like about the bike...the mirrors make it very wide and harder to filter through traffic. i usually close them when i need to cut through aggressively.

  • this is better than morning sex

  • @Topthai23 thx...it's good but i'm not sure i can agree with that. :D

  • that is such a cool bike, where you get it? ive been wanting one since i saw yes man.

    This morning.

  • 2:37 did you do a wheelie?

  • @shawnleezam7 yes, im riding several power wheelies at different parts of the video. very easy to do with the torque curve the desmodue produces.

  • The acceleration on that is awsome!

  • @aldrich456 actually i'm finding it a bit slow now that i've gotten accustomed to it. looking for new ways to get more bang out of it. but it's still a blast to ride in a city enviornment.

  • These Ducati is rarely seen in the Singapore streets, too many DRZs. I have a friend who's bro-in-law rding this, supercool bike man. Love this Video...

  • oh i saw a yellow porsche at 6:03 :D

  • great riding and great video/audio quality!

  • Great Camera Position! & Bike of course!

Have you been using the Chest Mount for this?

  • @Bj0ern correct, it's the chest mount

  • @SooperKewl perfect place for a camera felt like i could have been riding that work of art.

  • @GhostX1200 that's Singapore, my friend. :)

  • great were do you live????

  • @shckar I'm originally from Texas but I've been working in Singapore for quite some time.

  • i cannot understand how the marks on the street works!

  • @walkie0talkie nobody pays attention to them anyway :)

  • @walkie0talkie darn easy dude

  • you seem like a relaxed rider and i like that but if that was me on my 1198 corse i would try to fly through those cars and probably crash!!!

    nice riding and nice bike!!!

  • @rama6maiden i normally ride quite a bit harder than this, but this was actually the first time i was using the camera and found it pretty distracting.

  • @kokopsyboy i'll try to post more videos soon...

  • thats one badass bike.

  • @NAMTRIP thanks...i agree

  • im thinking about getting one of these and was wondering how many miles they get to the gallon. thanks

  • @MrRyan1243 well, first of all, definitely get one because you will love it. although i warn you, the bike practically begs you to ride it like a hooligan at all times. i have a habit of gassing it through the first three from every stoplight. that being the case, i only get about 25 mpg. It's got a very small tank (little over 3 gallons) which is good for a range of about 70-80+ miles per tank. it's definitely a city bike

  • great video quality *thumbs up*

  • @Razer630 thanks for enjoying!

  • totly love this vid! nice ride ;)

Hope i get my bike early!

  • @tsrval thanks!

  • Awesome ride. This has to be one of the cleanest and most beautiful cities I've seen around. I'm so jealous of you right now.

    Thanks for the upload.

  • @pjdaprinz Thanks....Singapore is definitely a "fine" city. :))

  • Noise and images are good. What camera you use to film? WHere is the right position?

  • Thanks....GoPro Hero HD. I like to use the chest strap mount and suction cup mount on the side fairing.

  • cool video and the bike is awsome! but you often forget to turn off the indicators :)

  • thanks...yeah, i normally don't do that. i was actually VERY distracted by the camera (not a good thing) as this was literally the first video i shot with it.

  • Bel video e bella moto!

  • grazie!

  • @ 3:01 taxi or police??

  • if you look closely you can see a guy running across the street towards the right of the screen

  • I don't understand you, the blue car is a taxi or a police car?
