@leloodallasmultipass Yes, it can. California assault weapon laws (CA PC 12276.1) do not apply to rimfire rifles. So long as you meet the 26" overall length and 16" barrel length, you're good under both federal and Ca law. As it is now, the barrel is 20" and the overall length is ~30".

i saw pics of yours on customrifles it looks awesome, i am making one with a jong gong aug with a 10/22, someone used a 10/22 i wanted to ask how they got to the mag release but the forum is dead.
where can i find one and how much is it

@austincollier14 It was the crappy scope that came with the Savage 64. I've since replaced it with a crappy red dot. The red dot works much better.
