Boring ass arc. Useless ass characters. Ichigo is probably my least favorite shounen protagonist out of the ones I've seen. He's cool but damn I wish had more spirit.

Kubo had an interview at the latest Jump Fiesta and said the arcs climax was 478. So the three week break he's taking is probably setting up for the royal guard, Unohana and what not. Good review though.

I love your naruto reviews but you are just too critical. this chapter was a real breath of fresh air and it left me really excited for the future. Im not hating, I just love your reviews but the past month has not been good. be more optimistic :)

And 90% of the time i completely agree with you and most of this arch was a disapointment but I feel that you were way to critical on this chapter. for the first time in awhile it felt like old bleach. I just think it was better than most. but im not attacking your opinions im just saying that u need to remember you have an audience to play to. But i completely agree that bleach has a bright future.

It was dark and slow but it had some cool and interesting moments. I'm happy with it :)

I personally believe Rangiku and Hisagi should have been Captains. Rangiku to Squad 3 to act as Gin's successor; Hisagi to Squad 9 as Tosen's. It would tie in with their development from earlier arcs and show, you know, that mythically rare ''character development'' thing that great series such as DBZ are stuffed to the brim with. Soul Society's foes are first and foremost Holows, yet they allow hybrid Captains to remain? Doesn't this require some explanation instead of *boom* new Captains?

@KyleKuchiki: Rangiku and Hisagi don't have the level yet to become captain, they also have to learn bankai before. Only exception is Kenpachi and we know why: he is a beast!

It's logical for the ex Visards to return after all they did during the war. Also, in previous chapters they already talked about how Ichigo changed SS, that changement is what made it possible to bring the Visards, who were just victims of Aizen and no danger to SS, back.

There is no need for more explanation -_-

i completely hated this chapter...shit the whole arc really. the only thing i liked the entire arc was finding out how ginjou planned out faking the good guy. not even really ampd about ichigo's new look, though i am curious as hell about if his hollow powers have returned, are dormant or if he'd have to go back through the same process to get them back.

Bleach is going on a three week break lol. Kubo has run out good ideas for a some time, while the bleach manga continues to go down in the shonen jump ratings in Japan. He should scrap bleach and try his luck on a new story.

This is MY review so its just MY opinion not all chapters are golden and i didnt care for this one, i dont write write or draw manga nor do i claim to, I'm just an everyday reader sharing their thoughts, there are plenty of chapters I have gushed over so just because I didnt Love this one doesnt mean I dislike the series.

I actually liked the arc. Really wish Ginjou would have gotten a flashback or something on how he formed Xcution or something but honestly I liked the arc. Can't wait until next one

The most perfect description of this arc. "An excuse to give Ichigo his powers back." it really served no other purpose. Every new character was either killed or just simply left. No one showed anything really new. and Ichigo didn't even get to keep his fullbring. so the entire arc was pointless.

rose is a captain as well, page 12 of chapter, this arc had so much potential, i was hoping he would be the final villain, releases aizen and take on soul society and squad 0 or something, the final battle being current sub shinigami vs ex sub shinigami
