That was the year you all finally got a high school at the flugplatz, right? Before that, it was a long bus ride to Kaiserslautern. I wasn't involved at the high school at Zweibrucken, but sure remember drinking Parkbrau at the Taverne downtown and listening to Jeronimo's "Heya" and Soulful Dynamics' "Mademoiselle Ninette" on the old Grundig tube radio.

Zwei High is one of the best things to happen in my life. I was lucky to spend all my 4 years of high school there. Class of 82 rules!!!!
