  • please also make a video if somebody beat you up

  • The post office is losing money but three employees can waste their time harassing this guy.

  • Biggest douche bag in the world. I cant wait till someone kicks this guys ass.

  • Get a job?? U say they are watching and following u; u a videotaping a federal facility. Whose to say why u r videotaping; u could b taping for any number of criminal or terroristic reasons; they don't know u and why u r out there. For all they know u could b a wacjob who plans to shoot the place up or place a pipe bomb! Your an idiot!

  • @tdb94tim your "wacjob" comment made me think of waco,tx. guess what happened there was homeland terroist, not the fbi. Guess you think 9/11/2001 twin towers event was bin laden? If that were true boeing should get into controled demolition business.

  • RIDLEY IS A WETARD !!!

  • WTF? Why mess with the post office? Why do you keep asking the post office employees to assault you???? What do you have to gain by this, except to try to start trouble? I wish that you would exercise your right.... to move to another country.

  • This guy Ridley is an ass.

  • The only person I see getting even remotely aggressive here is Ridley(he is the only one that spoke of violence). He is also the only one that spoke about taking away rights. All they did was ask him to leave, they were even very polite about it. He admits he was petitioning outside a post office, which is illegal, then he was asked to leave, yet while filming them and taking a very long time to leave, he gets upset when they walk into their own carpark in a non threatening manner

  • What cracks me up is he keeps asking them to assault him. I did not see anyone do anything threatening to him at all. They asked him to move along and he did but he did drug his feet and took his time. This guy is a crack pot. They did not ask him to leave cause he was video taping. They asked him to leave cause he was acting weird about it. It was a public place and the one acting weird is asked to leave for the safety of the public. Oh and taking video does not make you press.

  • shithead, asshole just setting up trouble just to post it here. DUH

  • @Michaelbos haters gonna hate

  • Ok, I've watched a few of your videos now, and I must say, you Sir, are an idiot.

I love the fact that people like you think everyone and anything is out to get you.

It would seem you enjoy annoying people and pissing people off. Which of course why one day you will go missing. And I will not be surprised in the slightest.

  • No seat belt you fuckwit

  • This guy is a fool.Get a job

  • Clearly, you DO intend disrespect.

  • @mawright3 They are watching Ridley because they think he is nuts, which he is. He does this to police as well.I hope he does suffer for all the disrespect and harrassment he loves to dish out to public workers.Hope to see him tased, arrested and committed to a mental hospital. He's a complete jerk.

  • Here is another thing to be concerned about….

There are a few states that want to make it ILLEGAL to video and audio cops doing their job. That needs to be stopped. To stop that every one that use a video need to write and ask both state and fed to write law that will allow the recording of cops. Next every time you see one of these so called people representatives ask then in front of a crowd why there is not a law that allows people to video them.

  • @samten10a their law should mandate that all person video tape public officials at all times and that tapes containg incriminating info should be rewarded at the amount of $100. that should curb some oftheir abuses

  • So Ridley doesn't think I'm a complete jerk, good for you on this one. I'm a former journalist who frequently had to deal with "officials" who thought they had the authority to tell me to turn off a camera. "Invasion of privacy" my ass. If you want privacy, go in your house, close the curtains. It's called "public" for a reason and anyone has a right to photograph FROM a public place and photograph a public place. These Three Stooges made fools of themselves.

  • Aren't they supposed to be sorting mail or something? Get back to work! What I see is typically high strung postal employees taking any excuse to skive off and lounge around the parking lot picking fights. And why are postal guys always so, well, postal? these guys seemed one bad day away from a shooting spree.

  • just wondering why you would leave anyway, you were on public property, and they are public officials...also,why would you need permission to videotape on post office/public property?

  • What ever happened with this issue? Did they actually try to do something to you for videotaping?

  • @KD4UXH i think the bigger issue is.. exactly who were these employees that obviously weren't in any kind of security guard outfit thinking they can just shoo someone off public ground and act aggressively sorounding him on all sides as he walks out, i'm much more interested in that. it felt like they were gonna jump him fanning out to corner him in like dogs.

  • @IronfistedPriest I agree with your POV. The issue that would concern me, if not for things being on video, would be that the USPS is considered federal and as with the NO GUNS ALLOWED policy, they have alot of weight to throw around. If not for the video, they could've claimed anything in the world.

  • @KD4UXH good thing he was in a parking lot then, frankly that would be scary anywhere else not public.

  • You just try to provoke people, comments such as 'you can assault me and take my camera' is just taunting. You are an ass! If the police put a video camera on a traffic pole near your neighborhood, you'd be the first to start whining about your privacy.

  • Walmart doesn't treat me like this!

    LMAO!

  • There goes my hero.... Ridley, riddle me this, fart!

  • this is gross misconduct on their behalf. they should've phoned the police if they thought a law was being broken. this is strongarming at it's finest.

  • @macchef01 agreed, what were they thinking? I'll bet their PPR clearly states what they should do if they feel the protester isn't complying, and I'll bet it does not involve a confrontation.

  • Hey robbymt,

Do you not have the courage to do what ridley does or not enough funds to buy a cam?

  • I've seen enough! Dave Ridley is an asshole, straight up...He is a self important, attention seeking little huckster with a small man's complex. .He has no idea of, nor any genuine interest in the real NH Freeman movement. He also apparently has no job nor any real life at all. Dave continually pokes his thumb into the eyes of the authorities, then howls in protest, (or is it glee?) when he gets the resultant negative or angry response. Just go away Dave....Freemen forever, Forever freemen

  • He's trying to educate them he has the right to video tape public officials, if you are posting negative comments here you are probably some fascist dick working in a public position who thinks you can't be video taped.

  • hahahaha they can follow you all the way home you moron. what? you think you have the right to be an asshole and follow people around but they cant do the same to you? why dont you play the whole video? you edit things and expect your "followers" to believe your word? youre a joke

  • @matchesison Sorry guys. I concur with Match. How would you like it if someone stuck a camera in your face at your job. Just videotaping someone without a legitimate interview can be construed as harrassment. I admire what you guys are trying to do, but you need to keep the harrassment to a minimum. These people are also private citizens and they have rights too. It doesn't further your cause. It hinders it.

  • @Waiting4TheWorms

think about it man, they taped him and he did not object, think about it, both can tape each other all day even if the result is a boring tape that will be erased later, he is showing people that he can tape government workers.

  • and if hes just showing what people can and can not do, why is he asking them why they are following him? it is within their rights to follow him around all day.

  • Maybe the mailman will loose little ridley's mail. Don't you love these "free loaders" and how they are a bunch of hypocrites.

  • new age hippies man.... they need someone or something to latch onto because they need to be part of something. these are the same bred that accept anything alex jones says as scripture. impressionable mush minded idiots. then they have the balls to say im the robot! haha. ok my children, go play with ridley and be sure not to question the gaps of missing video, nonono, wouldnt want you to wonder what the real story is do we?

  • @matchesison I couldn't agree with you more matchesison, It seems as if he goes out and looks for trouble and wants to annoy just so to get a reaction!! I understand protesting for rights! but I also I understand when someone's trying to be a total dick!! and that's the impression this guy is giving off...

  • exactly, he just knows how to get people to watch his videos. the gullible conspiracy theorists all unite with dumb videos like this and ridley knows it. i havnt seen a single one of his videos that wasnt tampered with to distort the truth.

  • you are retarded.

    what did he distort here?

  • @matchesison

look, you comments do not win anyone over, you calling him a moron when he was polite and reasonable in the taping of this video. He never said they can't video tape him, he offered to stop to let them tape the plates.

  • oh bullshit. hes not being polite, hes being a sarcastic piece of shit with an agenda. he is a moron, and if you are so blind you dont notice what he is doing, than you are a moron too. dont ever try to tell me this dipshit is polite and reasonable.

  • That's a public parking lot. They can video you, but you can't tape them?

  • you dont realise they arent laughing with you they are laughing at you

  • Learn your constitutional rights and study why they are extremely important.

You must have had a lapse in employment yourself to find the time to criticize people on youtube for exercising or otherwise investing matters directly pertaining to the abolishment of individual consitutional rights in this country.

indeed. monster, careerbuilder, and others may better help you with your angry unemployed situation. :)

  • Lol no I work, I just get bored at my job and I get on here to piss people like your little self off.

  • Wow you hate other people who actually use their rights and actually do something they feel is important. You sir sound like a Nazi. Why don't you fucking shoot yourself?

  • You sound like a crazy nut job who lives in his parents basement. go kill yourself so I dont have to pay for your welfare.

  • Careful I might be and come and kill you! HAHAHA so pissed. Your insults are pathetic. Just like you.

So that previous statement I made sounded crazy? Vs yours? You are retarded.

  • Please come to my house and kill me.

  • You would be a waste of lead.

  • Pussy ass bitch boy.

  • I'm confused what just happened?

  • Dave you have a gift to handle yourself very well in stressful situations. Nicely done!

  • i can tell. have you nothing better to do? blog something interesting

  • I hate USPS as much as anyone. I buy a few stamps about once a year, and every time, without fail, they raise the price before I can use them up. They REFUSE to allow the people in the front office of my apartment complex to sign for my packages (just because), make NO attempt at a second delivery, and force me to waste time on a Saturday to drive 7 miles to the PO and wait in line for at LEAST 20 minutes while they move in slow motion.

BUT, I don't see what taping these slugs acomplishes.

  • It accomplishes the same thing open carry does. It practices your rights so that others won't be so shocked to see those rights practiced. Rights that aren't practiced aren't recognized.

The USPS is an independent agency of the US government (meaning it exists as a government agency, but is not swayed by politics). It's just like the CIA, FCC, SEC, etc...

You have the legal right to film public officials where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.

Practice your rights or lose them.

  • It gets them use to being filmed as they go about the people's business.

  • fucking usps acting like fucking thugs lol

fat fuckers have no basis for making any orders just change at the window.

show up with more then one person filming and 10 others watching your bac bet they act reasonable next time

  • where do u ppl get off talkin about the guy who is videotaping he is exerciseing his rights if more ppl exercise there rights we wouldnt have this oppresive curropt gov. we have now

  • my question is y do you care some much about videoing usps workers, police or courtrooms?

  • Your attempting to leave by standing there???? Your an asshole.

"Are you going to assault me?" THATS PERFECT EXAMPLE that you are nothing better than a SHIT STARTER, looking to make a huge deal out of NOTHING.

I wish they would assault you! It would make for a much more interesting video and would be well deserved.

  • They were approaching him in an aggressive manner. He had reason to feel intimidated. And he was leaving, just very very slowly. ;)

  • You are no better than the assholes that scream GOD HATES FAGS at military funerals. Or the Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson types. You are an extremist and a douche.

  • AMEN!

  • And you are a troll.

  • You make me embarrassed to be a New Yorker. The guy is putting all the socialist/fascist machine on notice. You work for the oppressor, you will be subject to scrutiny.

  • This asshole seems to have a lot of issues with people. But I suppose EVERYONE else is causing the problems and he is just a repeat innocent victim? NO. He is a shit stirrer and one day is going to get his "just deserts" either by accident or b "accident"

  • Well you're the one cursing at him, I'd say it is fair to say that you are the one that has a problem with people. As a member of the press he has every right to record government officials as they carry out their public duty. (quasi-government officials at least)

  • Get a life loser...these people are not cia they are civilians workign a shmuck job and you are the biggest shmuck trying to make something of a guy trying to make a salary

  • if hes a loser then at least hes a productive loser, which would make him a better loser than you, goin around makin fun of someones hobbies, hes doing this to show people real life examples of how to exercise their rights because a lot of people don't know how obviously... and what hes doing may seem like a waste of time to you, but its not for everyone...however, your immature pathetic opinion has changed nothing

  • Does this turd have a day job? or is his only claim to fame is a cheap camera, annoying agenda and a love for you tude?

  • His claim to fame is defending our liberty, and I'll stand beside Dave like a brother for what he does.

And by the way, they are government employees, since the USPS is an independent agency of the US Federal Government. If they don't like being under public scrutiny, they shouldn't seek a government job.

  • It's hilarious how offended 'Public Servants' get when you throw your rights in there face.

  • he actually open carries firearms as is his right as a human.

  • BA BA BA BA BAAALLS OF STEEEL

  • Government officials are ALWAYS Control freaks!! Every last one of them!!

  • "Wal-Mart doesn't treat me like this." LMAO! Good work Dave!

  • Those USPS employees aren't qualified to work at Walmart !

  • The IRS isn't government. Fuck them. They are organized crime and that's it. They should be treated as such.

  • Why were you parked in employee parking? You should have known that is a restricted area. No wonder they were upset.

  • Funny how Ridley never shows us the actions that prompt the police or other officials to speak to him. I stronly suspect that Riddles acts like an obnoxious douchebag, provokes a confrontation, but then plays the martyr.

    Grow up.

  • Nothing in any video he's put out suggests that he does that. In fact, it's opposite. You're the douchebag.

  • hilarious

  • Un-organized.

  • i like the videos man but the TITLES ARE VERY UN-. work on it

  • Geesh, those guys should consider eating Fruit and Fiber for breakfast.

  • How is not being allowed to petition on GOV'T PROPERTY (ie public property) constitutional?? I don't get it! If you can't petition and assemble on public property, where CAN you assemble and petition?? The Postal Service gets pissed off b/c a few people are petitioning, yet my university allowed lots of petitioners in the spring days all over campus? ook...

  • Even Canada, which has a much bigger bureaucracy and lots more social welfare, has a somewhat privatized Postal Service. Japan Post is pretty private, I think. European postal services are pretty private as well. Think about that! EUROPEAN! The boon of all liberty folks with its huge welfare states and anti-business regulation up the wazoo, even privatizes its postal service!! What are we american waiting for? Don't put up with shit service.

  • Did you know we're really the only industrialized country with this large bureaucracy handling regular mail service (letters, envelopes, etc.)?? The only one with a gov't monopoly on it, and we claim to be "the freest nation on earth." We talk a big game about the free market, yet our own postal service, one of the most important functions of gov't, is still very bureaucratized and full of red tape and bs.

Let Fedex and/or UPS handle mail service. "efficient" usps my ass.

  • Fuck the USPS. I prefer FedEx and UPS when it comes to packages. I think just about everyone prefers those companies to the gov't monopoly known as USPS on mail service. Why is the USPS SO afraid of competition in mail service? They're not afraid to compete on packages and shipping. Are they afraid that they'll actually lose their grip on our mail service if they demonopolize, because their service is shit? Prices suck ass, too.

I say, privatize the USPS, for god sakes.

  • Privatize the USPS or deregulate to allow competition in mail service along with packages. Competition may actually help keep the Post Office on its toes, for once. I'm so goddamned sick of Netflix DVDs coming here so slowly. Sure, that may sound trivial, but I gave up going to the fucking blockbuster long ago since they're shit nowadays. Netflix's selection of DVDs and Bluray can't be beat. Video stores are really taking a hit. Netflix and Gamefly are so much easier.

  • I have no problems at with my Netflix coming to me on time and I live out in the country.

  • I use the USPS to send mail to my Marine in Africa all the time and she used it to send me stuff when I was in Iraq.

I also use USPS whenever I can online because they are cheaper than your UPS or Fedex

  • They make you leave Post Office property when petitioning in Tennessee also.

  • GOOD JOB!! It takes more courage and strength to stand up for your rights than to bow down to people who "assume" authority.

  • If you did that, you would give the liberty movement a real big black eye and NOT BE HELPING. They would like nothing more than to have a reason to portray liberty activists and "dangerous" and kicking their asses would be dangerous. Besides, it IS a federal crime to assault a postal employee. It is NOT a crime to videotape public officials in public.

  • Thanks for this video Dave. It's obscene that you cannot petition on federal government property without being harassed.

Reminds me of many scenes from "The Big One" where Michael Moore attempts to ask corporate execs why they are moving their opertations to Mexico.

It bothers me that the federal government uses similar tactics as big business (but unfortunately doesn't surprise me.)

These guys were probably as ignorant of the constitution as average joe.

  • One of the intended, useful purposes for State Representatives is that they should serve as "customer service" for the citizens. The good Reps understand this and attempt to fulfill that duty.

I'm glad, theefore that you mentioned Vaillancourt (a liberty-friendly Rep) when pressed by the bureaucrats.

  • I've videotaped at that post office before, and been treated great by postal officials. I went up to one of them on apr 15 shook his hand and thanked him for his hands-off handling of my demonstrating and videography on postal grounds. I reported how well they handled it. you can see the video if you scroll back to april 16 roughly. That's why this was so unexpected.

  • Public officials are all the same, assholes!

  • That's not true. I've dealt with many public officials who were professional, respectful, polite, and efficient -- including some at the post office. It doesn't mean I think their jobs are legitimate, or that they aren't (perhaps unwittingly) leeching off of your tax dollars and mine.

Hint: you're not going to make any headway or change any minds by running around labeling an entire class of people with profanities! Just some food for thought. :)

  • I like your style, you really show what thugs they are.

  • You make me feel brave. That is the truth.

  • there is no reasoning with violence. government is violence.

  • 'wal-mart doesn't treat me like this'

LMFAO!!! funny shit Ridley, that crack was gold!

  • wow they are stalkers

  • they opened a shit storm. . .I"m going to go there tomorrow.

  • Please don't go without a video camera. Thanks!

  • i wouldn't they will likely start arresting people. they surely seem up to something and probably planing to do something. i doubt they are just trying to ward him off.

  • Not everyone is afraid of arrest for acting peaceably. In fact, some welcome it. :)

  • The 'intruding on privacy' shibboleth! I got this same thing at the Shea-Porter event in Epping.

"What privacy? This is a public meeting!" I responded.

These people have a distorted notion of the distinction between public and private. They think everything is their business and nothing is anybody else's business. Only public officials are entitled to privacy in their view, and that privacy is absolute.

And they pointed cameras back at me too!

  • Apparently they are afraid legally and/or are using it as evidence to press some kind of charge. By video taping back they think they have some sort of proof like this guy was told to leave and look here he is on the property or what ever they try to conjure up. that's my impression why they would be doing that but you got my vote they are complete morons.

  • well their approaching you without you provoking them. it's not like your trying to interact with them. the way the one guy tried to walk behind you they may have tried to do something to you physically.

  • Provocation is in the eye of the beholder. These people FELT provoked. They felt threatened. Evil is very insecure and touchy.

To assert one's rights and dignity as an individual IS a provocation to the arrogant.
