Dogen, go see a chiropractor! I had the same diagnosis, then I sought alternative care. The chiro told me that because of my multiple sprains I had "frozen" my ankle joints. After him forcing the joints to move again I began to experience less and less pain. That in addition to your workouts have brought me back to confortable movement!

@parkour4enthusiasts I started doing squats about a month ago and since then I haven't felt any pain in my knees. I recommend starting with around 3 sets of 10 (or so, I do about 5 sets of 15) it will build both your thigh muscles and your knees will be stronger.

I do parkour, and what I do to strengthen my ankles is barefoot training and lots and lots of rail squats. Seriuosly rail squats will give your ankles such a burn and make them really strong. I'm gonna add some of the shin muscle exercises to my training regime too.
oh dude that's funny, i already do a majority of this stuff out of habit lol. and another exercise that i do pretty often is to find some stairs or a small ledge. i place the balls of my feet on the ledge, with my heels on the lower one. then i use my shins/calves to lift myself up and repeat that about 30 times. this really strengthens them.
You know you might want to give Pranic Healing or Reiki a try. I know they're very controversial, but hey, trying never hurts right?

A month of recovery, really? It took me about two weeks before I could trick again with no pain. I guess it's just a matter of how fast your body heals.
got nothing to do with how fast your body heals, just how bad you injured it, especially when it comes to sprains like that. i never hurt myself and always heal quick, messed up my ankle once and and couldnt practice pk again for about 4 months.
I've got these feet glove things called vibram five fingers. Used to have shin splints and clicky ankles but they've sorted em out a treat. It's like walking around barefoot all day

For wrists, you can basically apply the same tecniques. Grab a 5 or 10 pound dumbel, hold your hand out in front of you with your palm down, let your hand hang, then lift it up and towards you. Do the same thing with your palm up. For knees, do knee-bends, that sort of thing. Y'know what I mean?

Hold something heavy and do them. Try using only one foot if you aren't already. Try getting an empty bike inner tube and using it as resistance to lifting up your toes or w/e.
I suggest you really should use knee warmers, I do, and it helps out a lot. They keep your knee warm and filled with liquid, wich is like motor oils for the knee. You should try it out.

Got the same diagnosis "everything looks fine" :/ sucks big time...
still it helps a lot to strengthen the ankles muscles and stretch them, it already lessened how often i get the pain.

thanks for posting this awsome video. i fractured the tibula and fibula in my left ankle not to long ago and was looking for ways to strengthen my ankles so that would never happen again. 5 stars!
