  • seit dem olympiasieg war das sein einziger wettbewerb. er ist angeblich immer verletzt. ich glaube er ist sich nur noch gut genug für olympische spiele. die anderen athleten dürfen startplätze holen um ihm einen startplatz zu sichern

    and my clean and jerk is 150KG and am not even close to the Olympic guys

  • @moftty i can bench barely 60KG and my clean and jerk is more than 110KG, and i started the gym 5 months ago...my body is 82KG

  • @Atu7UP yeh some ppl are specialized bench and cant clean and jerk some in deadlift

    but the max raw bench is 330kg , max clean and jerk 263kg , shirt bench press over 1000LBS (450KG)

    but your C&J is good for a starter keep on by time you'll discover your strongest muscle grp
