i found this stuff to be pretty ineffective too. taking three pills prior to working out only gave me the sensation that my face was really hot and flushed. performance wise, there was no noticeable difference. i think caffeine is much more effective to get the muscles primed for a lift.

its states it starts to diffuse in 9 seconds not it dissolves in 9 seconds and its a rapid release formula not instant release.read the product specs properly.i do think its hyped up but do reviews the right way.
