  • u sure do work fast

  • I would like to know what measures the pictures to make the box

  • @keniaort3112 I use 15 x 15 cm paper for my boxes. I don't have a finished one on hand to give you dimensions. My apologies. Thanks for watching!

  • Thanks ^^

  • thank you for the nice and easy instruction!! I've made some great boxes :-)

  • I'm going to do this bigger (and with scrapbook paper, if it is possible) to give them out with brownies inside :D

  • Yeah! The boxes turned out great. Good, easy to follow instructions.

  • WHY IS THE INNER SIDE OF YOUR BOX SO SMOOTH??!? T___T

  • what are the sizes of the pieces of paper? por example, if i wanted to do a box to put CDs in, which size do u recommend me¿?

  • I'm having troubles with origami and remember one then I forget one BTW nice video :D

  • did you get this fro;m a website?

  • @AwesomeG101 No, I have Fuse's book. It is available from Amazon I believe. Joyful Origami Boxes. Thanks for watching!

  • Thanks for the tutorial; the exectution of these videos is awesome.

I have a question, though. You show a similar box in the still at the beginning of your video, but it includes colour on both corners and a stripe of white in between them. Unfortunately, you don't mention how to do this in your "variations" post or this one. Is there any way I could get instructions on how to achieve the same effect? Thanks!

  • @ChickenNoodo Thanks for the question. The directions for the box are in the end of the video. From 09:41 you should see the assembly for that color pattern. Sorry it is a little confusing. Thanks for watching!

  • whoever made this to can u plz commet as sone as possibl(reply) my ouestion is does it hav to be origami pper

  • @GoldenGirls20 You can really use any paper. Just make sure it is square and that all the sizes are the same for your project. I think that printer paper works really good because it is a little heavier than origami paper. Make good creases when you work and you should have a nice, sturdy box when you are finished. Best of luck! Thanks for watching!

  • awesome!

  • u r the best !!! xD i made it for a project n ot full marks thanks tew yew :)

  • I made it! :D thanx!

  • thumbs up if you had to turn your speaker up

  • What are the paper measurements?

  • @Littlebitty11 The paper size I used in the video is 15 x 15 cm. You can use any size as long as all papers are the same. Best of luck! Thanks for watching!

  • Love this!

  • What is the measurement for the lid of the box? Is it the same coloured paper you used in the video you had made??

  • @ArmesForcesCorp Yes. The paper size is the same for the lid and the base. This particular style of box is a little flexible and that is why you can make these with the same size paper. Thanks for watching!

  • your creation is very awesome!! Thumbs Ups if you agree.

  • FFF!!!!! i CAN'T FOLD ALL FOUR IN!!!! EVERYTIME I FOLD 1, THE OTHER COMES OUT!!!! T.T

  • @misstan2011 I would suggest maybe putting just a bit of glue as you piece it together and that way things will stay put. Then as you practice more you won't need to use the glue. Thanks for watching and best of luck!

  • Thanks u so much!!!

  • Awesome!!! that was so easy :D

    Thank you!!!!!!!

  • Excellent explanation but sometimes the camera does not capture the entire object after each fold. Other than that, I thought the instructions were very clear.

  • Like your origami very much! I really enjoy a lot by your videos !

  • can this be made bigger? is it solid enough to hold lots of small chocolates for e.g.?

  • @tancala Since this box is made from only four pieces you don't want to make it too big. If you use thicker paper though you should be able to make it at least twice the size that I do and have it not fall apart. And if you want to ensure that things don't come apart you can always add a bit of glue as you piece things together. You can also cut a thick piece of paper to be the same size as the base of the box that you complete and set that in the bottom of the box to make it more sturdy.

  • @happypuppytruffles Thanks a lot.I never tried these but i find it so interesting, your videos are really clear and explicit.

  • i made this in skool its so easy i love doing this!!!

  • THANK YOU SO EASYY

  • Its a damn pinwheel! not a swastika! so stop saying it is you racist bastards!

  • I like I like :D

  • Thanks for this. For all you boohooing about the swastika.. it is an Asian (jain) good luck symbol. Also used in some native american cultures.

  • Coulda left the swastika out....

  • nazi symbol

  • Is that a swastika? :p

  • happypuppytruffles i love ur videos <3 u should make a origami magic star

  • @lilnancy101 That's the point in a pause button.

  • The length of the squares of paper is the same for the lid?

  • @AnaLauraPonce Yes it is. Thanks for watching!

  • Omg, I just really want to comment and say thank you soooo much! I've searched how to make other boxes, and they're nice but rather difficult to make. This is rather intermediate and very useful. ^^

  • kinda to fast so please slow+ down sorry for the thimbs down dude or lady+

  • i love it! thanks it comes out handy!:)

  • Thank you! I have been attempting to make this box for a number of weeks. It is only with your video that I was able to make it. Thank you!!!

  • This is a wonderful box to use for a gift! I suggest using cardstock because it will make a stronger box. Thanks for the instructions!

  • Beautiful and easy! Ur the best!

  • That's nice! Say, where do you get the square pieces of paper? Before I've noticed only rectangular shaped sheets sold. Do you cut them yourself? Thx.
