you could start moving at 2:36,and you ended at 5:09, that's 2 minutes and 33 seconds. I am a pokemon fan, and extremely offended by the fact that he usurped the powers of Pikachu.

Wait, if you killed him in the "past" doesn't that mean there is absolutely no point into fighting "The Imprisoned"?

Gaah, after re-reading through your question. I think I understood your question now.

I agree, if you killed Demise in the past then the battles with the imprisoned wouldn't have occurred. However, that wasn't the case and the events still occurred. This can be implied through the Triforce still being there (its purpose was to destroy the Imprisoned, afterall).

However, there was a point because you would need to go through the Time gate with ease.

I must say, Nintendo sure did pull out all the stops on this one. Skyward Sword is definitely one of my favorites. And that really does mean something, since they're aren't that many quality video games being made nowadays.

I love everything; the music, the character development, the foreshadowing, and the game play itself... The characters give you a strong impression on how an actual person would feel. And you see that as the game progresses. I like that in a video game, as in any story.

Agree with that comment. Skyward seemed to go into character development and you see them grow as characters, you may even feel as if you're close to them. Emotional themed songs from the game doesn't help and they're my favorite tracks from the game. The game seemed to reach out to me...and it's easily become my favorite Zelda game.
