I saw Bob in Cardiff on the 13th of October 2011. He was on top form, full of energy, voice strong, sure and clear. Awesome!! That stone keeps rolling. God Bless Bob :-)
The new RS has an interesting piece on young Steve Jobs... according to the lady who wrote it (I skimmed it in Wal Mart so details are just the basics here) Steve was an introspective young man who wrote poetry, A lot of it direct re-writes of Dylan. For example, she describes one poem he wrote for her that was almost word-for-word from Dylan's "To Ramona"...
It's Funny your comment is one month old because almost one month ago from today - in Asbury Park, NJ (Aug. 14 concert) - he and his band indeed played the song, "To Ramona" live. I believe "To Ramona" was the second song in the setlist - My Family and I attended the show and hearing this song was wonderful, as was the rest of the concert of course ;) Cheers!
@peacelovelife91 How wonderful & fantastic you had the fortune to hear this live with your family. You heard him sing it again nearly 11 yrs after this concert so was the performance in Asbury Park better than this one? I saw Dylan Oct. of 2010 & his performance was outstanding considering he was on his way to 70. I swear his voice is getting better He was definitely the entertainer that night. I love the guitar here. Ready for another Dylan concert, but soon he'll be on the European tour.
