  • SUCKS, I'm trying to build muscle back in the inner thigh, but it's hard...since then it hasn't been the same.

  • Man, everybody of us has it's own specific things. Your one was muscles. I used to train in 25m pool, now already 3 years in 50m. At least if you ar enot too old, try several strokes, maybe you are better in some else!

  • NA, I found a way to build muscle back. I use the mechanical bike and use the leg press but point my feet looking like a "V"..thus helping build muscle in the inner thigh. I'm slowly coming back.

  • Bro, I use to be a breaststroker. Just doing like 50 laps in a 25m pool will get you looking cut. I use to do that everyday. Till I got runner's knee.

    See my outer thigh muscle was larger and more developed than my inner thigh muscle. So everytime I'd do the stroke, my knee cap would be popping out form left to right (didn't hurt though, just felt werid). Now I find myself doing an alternative stroke: the freestyle.
