hey im looking in to a grappling dummy but i was wondering what weight i should get
I'm 5'6 120 lbs and i have a 90 lb dummy but its not hard enough for me to throw i mean i can easily lift it over my head and keep it there for almost as long as i can keep my arms up with nothing in them, pls tell me weight i should get for as realistic throwing as possible
do you mean cross grip as in an eri seoi nage, or instead of your left hand gripping your opponents right collar (like this vid), or do u mean your left gripping your opponents left collar and then dropping?

Love the setup seoi nage im going to try the double lapels, however is double lapels grab tournament friendly?
Also matt if it aint much disturbance can you make videos on how to create entries while in tournament matches.
