For those of you complaining of Makoto's voice, it's called the MUTE button on your TV. LOL. She's always sounded and looked like that even from SF3TS.  Maybe her 2nd/3rd costumes will be more effeminate to cater to fan service. Thank goodness for IBUKI! I have not played it yet but judging from this video the voice acting is not all that great. Not that US versions of Street Fighter have ever had amazing voice acting. I prefer original Japanese voices that I can not understand over terrible rushed American voice acting. Anyway Japanese > American when it comes to voice acting.
