halos magkapareho tayo ng style sa pagluto, kaya lang i sprinkle sesame oil when its done cooking...if its sotanghon, i put black fungus and dried shrimps, then it sprinkle sesame oil, cilantro or spring onions when it's done...yummy!
you really made it the classic , traditional way ... except " fish sauce " is more classic than oyster sauce ... but , ... i like your video ... it's cool , ... no talking . ... yummy ! ... ;)
hey i love pansit.n great video...my fav..but the thing is..is it ok if i dont use the juice from the shrimp..coz my daughter is allergic to shrimp?and i really wanna try to cook dis for her..tnx!
If you use fish sauce don't add any salt to the dish. Also, soy sauce will do if you don't have oyster sauce but the latter tastes better. Be sure to taste it as you go. I would say 2 tbsps. maximum. You can always add more to the noodles but you can't take out the saltiness out if you overdo it. I'm glad you like the video!

It's not totally necessary. You may omit that step.

It's perfectly fine to omit the shrimp and shrimp juice. Go ahead and make it without seafood.

LoL forgot to mention can i use fish sauce instead? Cause it doesnt look like it hurts when you squeeze shrimp shell at all. =P
Funny vid by the way lol. Love the random flute hahaha
