  • @Adam0wnage i had the same issue. i had to download the file to a flash drive from a nother computer and open it on mine.. worked like a charm!

  • thank you

  • hi there. i ran Malwarebytes and ran a full scan and after the scan was complete it scanned about 350k items and nothing was found no malware....but my computer is slow...i have enough memory on my computer so im not over storing with memory. what should i do!?? please help!!!

  • Thank you very much this helped alot, just one thing though, I dont understand the end, why do you have to change the system security setting + why do you have to get into it? isn't the computer already free of malware like mine seems to be from following all the other steps?

  • @gamingfreak1 I don't know the answer to your question but Superantispyware has a thing called PREFENCES that will reset your desktop, your url, your winsock, and a lot of other things that have been changed by the malware. They also have a PORTABLE antispyware. I understand that it doesn't exactly download onto your hard drive where the malware can fight it. It helped me a lot yesterday.

  • Awesome!!!! Thank you so much!! The absolutely worked!! My computer was on the serious skits! I really thought I was going to have to "lug" the new machine to a shop! It took a few hours to clean but very well worth it! Worth it for the day and general maintenance! Thanks! I highly recommend!!

  • @singar997 Mine did that also. I downloaded it on another PC, then transferred it ti a USB stick or Dropbox (free), then I ran it on the problem PC in Safe mode with internet, (click F8 on start up)It took a while to sort, but I did it in the end.

  • It's time the Powers that be treated the Scum that spread this filth like the Scum Bag , low life crooks they are. They ought to be persued & charged with Malicious or Reckless Criminal damage. This vile self centred anti social sickness must cost society Billions each year.

  • @Psikonort Well actually believe it or not, big companies make viruses and send them out so when people get them, they come to them to fix it and get payed for it, but the person doesn't know the person fixing it made the virus just so you would pay them to fix it. Normally it's not a dicision by the company, but an individual worker, since they know how to do that

  • @Diggler397 dude obviously, AV makers are also professional threat makers

  • @Diggler397 Thanks Diggler, they should still be sought out by the powers that be and face serious charges if caught; As they must cost a fortune to individuals and actually threaten lives when messing up some computers used in Public service. I just wonder why such smart people cant use their talents to improve the lot of mankind , instead of mucking with our heads.

  • @Psikonort Yeah, I know

  • Awesome tuitorial it saved my computer and my wallet from $300+ that Geek Squad wanted to charge me.

  • Thank you for your helpful video!

  • hey i hope this helps, but if malware is messing with your ability to do anything, even clean up the viruses, ive found a program (google: rkill.exe) this program will turn off the malware that is blocking things and allow you enough time to take a program like AVG or MalwareBytes and remove the malware from there, hope this helps!!!!!!

    Program is again titled- rkill.exe

  • @severmasses just use safe mode.

  • Malware made my pc keep on rebooting , got the bluescreen on startup F....how to solve this.

  • @smilodon1252 im useing the windows 7 64bit, keep getting blue screen on boot.

  • Avira Antivir suck, you should try Microsoft Security Essentials as free professional antivurs. ^^

  • @Ryuulzumi Your ignorance its obvious, microsoft security essentials scores with an low detection rates at all anti-virus test labs and avira antivir score an high detection raete comprare to other anti-viruses.The realisty is that u cant find a anti-virus that would protected you from malware 100% but we want is a anti-virus that can detect the most of the malware.

  • @Robert2YTube Sorry but just letting you know that Microsoft Security Essentials found many virus that could not be detected with Avira.

Sometimes Avira warn me about fake virus sometimes when I go on a social website such as Chatango or other things like that when it is about mobile or other Flash Plug-ins.

Maybe Avira is well rated when you have to "pay" for it, so that is why this anti-virus is top 10 in the best ones.

Microsoft Security Essentials is also in top 10 and pretty good. o.O

  • @Ryuulzumi In the latest anti-virus test by av-comparatives shows that avira personal beats mse detection rates but i have to admit that mse did a great job as an absolutely free product. The tremendous element is that mse did beat paid anti-virus products which that makes my look forward.

  • @Ryuulzumi comodo free is the best free av

  • @xxx772255 I am rather skeptical about this program. It already warn me on Chatango.com about an attack. And there was nothing at all.. :/

So yeah.. I am not so sure.

  • HOW I RESOLVED "CANT RUN" PROBLEM:

I rebooted my PC normally, and in the second my PC was up again, I hurried and pressed CTRL, ALT and DELETE, to get this pop-up to cancel processes. I saw a process that had alot of numbers and letters, a foreigner one, that was a big process. I cancelled it and no malware came up. I ran the melwarebyte program

  • same issue as erwinross.

cant launch a program or to install malwarebytes.

    any suggestions?

  • Hi can anyone advise me.....i ran the malware software and found around 200 malware infections....it did show me several (8) infected objects which it did not select for the removal....do you think its safe to also select these when i delete. as matt mentioned false positives....things that i might ultimately need that will be quarantined...i am still running a second scan so don't have the names of the files as yet.....Loving the vid and help matt... thanks :)

  • Thank GOD! for this video, I had this really annoying one called "Internet Protection" that popped up every 2-3 minutes and minimized my other programs! it was so annoying! Thank you so much for putting this video up!

  • @Kazoax lol me too it interrupted this vid like 12 times though lol

  • My scan on malware bytes took 2 hrs and more for one infection

  • thanks matt...it really worked..will pass it on..

  • wow you removed ANTIVIRUS 2009 AND VIRUSHAED :O

  • Please help. I cannot even run any programs, new or old, in my computer. I used different approach up to buying webroot at best buy and still Icannot run the program. It is always asking me to browse what program to use when opening a program and yet if I'll choose the browser will not open. I also opened the user files and went to appdata and still the virus inside just keeps on coming back even if I renmae it and reboot and then delete. It keeps on coming back. I also had the Host removed.

  • What do you do, if you can't download the anti-malware?!?! Please help!

  • @HornyBent

Nevermind, figured it out :D THX A LOT!

  • it won't let me instal malwarebytes please HELP ME

  • @cruzal3x start ur computer in safe mode.

When booting ur computer, start pressing f8 until a whole list of options come up, One of them will say "Safe mode with networking" Click that. When it starts go to internet, search malwarebytes, download it, and scan.

If this helps, plz subscribe! :)

  • @tuntunkhanrocks THANKS I DID TAT AND I RUN IT AND FOUND 56 INFECTIONS AND CLEANED THEM UP BUT STIL CA'NT GET ACCES TO INTERNET

  • @cruzal3x Thats weird. did u check your internet connection is properly connected? Were u still in safe mode? It should fix ur internet. Hmmm... Plz sub and ill see if i can find a solution. :)

  • @cruzal3x Ok this is what u do:

Once you remove the rogue the proxy settings stay in place and that means you can’t get to the internet. Fixing this is really easy.

    Open Internet Explorer

    Click Tools

    Internet Options

    Connections

    Click Lan Settings

Uncheck the first proxy server setting

    Click OK twice.

You should be able to get on the internet with any browser now.

  • @cruzal3x Sometimes Rouge viruses can change your internet proxy server. that may be causing the problem. :D

  • Thank you very much for your help. finally im free from viruses and maleware . if u could kindly let us know to activate the malewarebytes, super antispyware.

  • its easy to find malware if you got avast as avst pops up if anything bad comes up and if it doesnt and something says your comp is infected then its fake so malware

  • It's good idea to boot machine into "safe mode with networking" as this will stop the malware from running and make clean up easier.

  • the virus count is OVER 9000!!!

  • Another thing...If I uninstall it, will all the trojans, and malware come back?

  • @TheLadycapricorn87 If you uninstall it, all of your trojans and malware all come back.

  • @GeneralMaximus4 thats fucking stupid,

  • @GeneralMaximus4 No shit?? Lol. I fought some type of malware for three days only to have them come back yesterday. Luckily I was able to get rid of them finally.

  • @GeneralMaximus4 They don't, don't lie to people.

  • @TheLadycapricorn87 for superantispyware, no. but w/ malwarebytes you must go to the quarantine tab and delete (remove) the malware before you uninstall it.

  • @TheLadycapricorn87 They won't come back Unless ysou re-download :Just be cautious of what u r download it

  • It may be possible if they maleware implanted file recovery software (anything removed will come back ) Just check if u gt any file recovery tool and if there is please remove it

  • The sound's out of sync

  • will this help me kill imesh?

  • im gunna get all this stuff beforehand will i have a problem trying to run this if i get infected and can you recommend any programs that will stop me getting infected in the first place

  • dude, thank you from my heart. it's work!

you know, when you face malware attack, you kinda lost trust in humanity a bit (i even suspect your video). but when it actually work I feel a bit guilty for feeling that way...so, I write this to say thank you, god bless.

  • Thanks Mat,, I just followed the steps successfully, and it looks like this machine is running well again..........................:)

  • internet isnt working, so how can i download malwarebytes? D:

  • Does superantispyware make you delete Microsoft Security Essentials? or is it kind of like mbam.

  • ok wtf? im not a hater or anything but i did everything u said in the video and it ended up messing with my computer. i downloaded and install all the programs and scanned with each one. then the next morning my loading screen was taking too long and when my computer loaded up all i saw was a black screen. so then i rebooted and everything seemed fine. then i started scanning with antivir and everything went wrong again, so the next reboot i got the blue screen of death!

  • 1 step malwarebytes free scan and remove

  • My malware is preventing me from using malwarebytes! HELP

  • @NoahAWproductions- Rename the MBAM executable file to a different name. Some malwares monitor the task manager to kill any processes with the specific mbam.exe name. So change MBAM's executable file name to anything else and the malware shouldn't shut it down automatically. Right click MBAM's icon. Select open file location or find target depending on your OS version (win xp/vista/7). Once the file explorer presents the highlighted file, right click it and rename it to anything.

  • @fritzmusic Hey, thanks that also helped me, though i figured it out myself :) Thanks anyway :)

  • @NoahAWproductions Restart your computer and then Run your computer in Safe Mode that should work.

  • @NoahAWproductions when booting your computer, start pressing f8 and dont stop, soon youll get this option thing, click "Open in safe mode with networking" Then u probably can access malwarebytes.

I got this shit and this is what i did and it worked :)

If it helps, plz sub me!

  • @NoahAWproductions im here to help. hold the shut-off button until the pc ''crashes'' when you start up it should ask if you want to run windows normally or safe mode. choose safe mode with the directin keys and enter. now you should be able to run windows without popups and you can start programs :)

  • @NoahAWproductions rename the .exe

  • @NoahAWproductions Run ur pc in safemode with networking

  • @NoahAWproductions get another REAL free antivirus then install it scan and delete it it happened to me today

    :D hope i help

  • @NoahAWproductions If taskmanger isnt blocked end its procces

  • Thank you so much for your efforts! You have saved an absolute novice from nearly buying a new computer to solve the problems. You are a very generous soul to share your knowledge.

  • Now I can download all the porn I want :D

  • I would appreciated if some sent me a key !! I'm having problems with a Trojan!! I used stopzilla but it doesn't seem to work!!

  • matt,

where did you download all the programs to infect your computer?

    I'm just wondering?

  • @shnazzmeister Most people get it from the 'Malware Domain List', I can't post the link for obvious reasons but Google it. Just make sure you're running a VM/Sandbox because those links are nasty :).
